A spacious deluxe suite, stunning views, and a perfect central location.
Pros:

We recently stayed on the 16th floor in a deluxe suite at Avani Metropolis and were very pleased with our experience. The suite was exceptionally spacious, well-appointed, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the stunning views overlooking both the city and the sea. The hotel’s central location was another key highlight, allowing us to explore the city easily on foot and access nearby attractions with convenience. Overall, Avani Metropolis provided an excellent base for our visit, and we would happily return.

Awesome central location and the view was stunning. The rooms are uncluttered but perfectly equipped for a short stay.

The bath was dirty with a tide mark round it. The tumble dryer didn’t work. The air con wasn’t on so the room was initially very uncomfortable o. Terms of heat.

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable accommodations!
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, spacious room! Nice view with balcony! Parking on site! Full kitchen and laundry with everything we needed! Good location.

Cons:

One small mix up with parking spot but easily fixed.

A comfortable apartment in the heart of the city.
Pros:

Beautiful large apartment on the 17th floor.
Comfortable beds.
Large kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
Large sliding doors at the patios to allow a breeze into the apartment
Great location for cheap Asian meals in high street and only 2 blocks from Woolworths.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the master bedroom so it was very hot if you didn’t sleep with the balcony door open (which meant you could hear all the city noise and couldn’t block out the light.

No extraction fans or windows in either of the bathrooms.

Kitchen could have done with some better utensils (sharp knives, baking trays etc)

No clothes airer or clothes line to hang washing (there is a dryer but most things can’t be put in the dryer)
