Pros:

Great location, easy check-in, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good bathroom with a shower and bath, laundry facilities in the room (washer and dry and one satchel of detergent).

Cons:

While on a high floor, there can be some noise from the plaza which the harbour-facing room overlooks. Being close to the CBD also means there can be occasional siren noise from the city.

Friendly staff and great location

Cons:

The hotel unfortunately failed to provide necessities such as a sanitary kit,(hygiene things such as toothpaste and toothbrush) slippers ect I expect a 4 star hotel to provide this sort of accommodation

Felt safe during cyclone scare
Pros:

Roomy. Great view. Pleasant helpful staff. Great location. Good amenities.

Cons:

Our room had a sticky kitchen floor and a big food stain on the wall beside the table.

Malheureusement la partie living room était un peu trop petite.

Best location in Auckland
Pros:

Ranch sliders and balconies for fresh air. Great views from up high.. location is one of the best with eateries everywhere. The beds are comfortable and the place feels so clean. The building itself is a great structure to look at.. big tall building that stands over its surroundings. Nice and modern and just has a real pleasant feeling to it.

Its all very nice.

This property is a Residence Hotel and so well run. They went the extra mile to insure a great stay.
