Wellnessbereich gut und für die Zimmeranzahl außreichend groß. Frisch zubereitete Frühstücksgerichte a la card sehr lecker

Cons:

Hier und da müssten ein paar Kleinigkeiten repariert werden. Aber nichts dramatisches. Die Fenster beim Pool innen und außen sehr schmutzig gehören mal geputzt.

מקום יפה יפה, כמו בגלויה. הרגשה של מקום מבודד, בפועל 10 דקות נסיעה מהעיר. המלון נקי, אוכל טעים, ספא מעולה. הצוות אדיב ושירותי - במיוחד אנה שיושבת בקבלה. מומלץ בחום!

Hotel sehr schön, Gastronomie mies.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Wir waren fast allein und konnten in aller Ruhe genießen.
Anna an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und vor allem kompetent.
Die Minibar inkludiert war toll.

Cons:

Abends 17.30 Uhr wollte man endlich unser Zimmer reinigen, das war dann auch nicht mehr nötig.
Leider hat uns die junge Bedienung im Restaurant dann komplett die gute Laune verhagelt.
Wir hatten eine Tisch im Außenbereich reserviert.
Trotz 2 maliger Aufforderung wurde uns kein Tisch eingedeckt. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einem Bistro auf der nackten Glasplatte.
Das Essen war dann eine Katastrophe für ein 5* Hotel.
Bier falsch gebracht, die Vorspeise das Tatar - billig angerichtet , kam zeitgleich mit den 2 Hauptspeisen.
Der Fischmit Grillgemüse komplett ungewürzt!! Der Lammrücken waren Lammkoteletts auf Pürree,ohne jede Garnitur und Geschmack für 32 Euro.Wir bedauern es sehr, dass wir nicht gleich wieder aufgestanden sind.

Návštěva hotelu proběhla v březnu 2026 formou víkendového pobytu. Prezidentský apartmán (dvě podlaží). V Horním podlaží, kde se nachází ložnice a koupelny po celou dobu pobytu nefungovalo vytápění (venkovní teplota se pohybovala kolem 0 st. C). K nápravě nedošlo ani po několikerém zásahu personálu - takže celý pobyt bylo na pokoji zima. V apartmánu se nachází plynový krb, který nešel zapálit, opět nepomohl ani zásah personálu. Postel průměrná, v koupelně absence kosmetiky (krém na ruce) krom sprchového gelu ve sprchovém koutu nebo vaně. Snídani jsme hodnotili spíše podprůměrně - pečivo bylo okoralé, tvrdší, přítelkyně si objednala sladkou palačinku ala carte a měla v ní cibuli, asi zbytek z omelety kterou jsem si objednal já, potraviny průměrné, některé nižší kvality. Vzhledem k ceně, kterou jsme za pobyt zaplatili jsme zaslali stížnost vedení hotelu a majiteli hotelu do mailu a datové schránky a žádali kompenzaci za dle nás nevyhovující pobyt, zejména nefungující vytápění, toto jsme považovali za absolutní selhání ze strany hotelu, že v zimě v jejich nejlepším a nejdražším pokoji nefunguje vytápění. Na naši stížnost nikdo z hotelu nereagoval, vedení, provozní, majitel, nikdo. Když by nechtěli nabídnout kompenzaci, tak jsem očekávali alespoň omluvu, ale ani ta nepřišla. Na základě této zkušenosti hotel výrazně nedoporučuji k návštěvě, protože jestli nemá vedení hotelu ani minimum slušnosti se k situaci vyjádřit a omluvit, je zbytečné zde ztrácet čas.

Het hotel ligt op een rustige locatie aan het water. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht en er is een mooie spa aanwezig. Er werd een prima ontbijt geserveerd,

Cons:

Het hotel ligt afgelegen een auto (of taxi) is noodzakelijk om naar Karlovy Vary te reizen. Tijdens het diner waren we alleen in het restaurant dit was wat ongemakkelijk. Op 1 van onze kamers kon de verwarming niet uitgedraaid worden.

Pros:

Es ist ein schönes, kleines Hotel mit einem schönen Saunabereich. Es ist sehr praktisch, dass das Hotel über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz verfügt, allerdings ist die Lage nur für diejenigen, die mit einem eigenen Auto anreisen von Vorteil. Karlsbad ist etwa 15 Minuten Autofahrt von dem Hotel entfernt und man muss auch bedenken, dass das parken in Karlsbad eine Herausforderung ist. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, dennoch haben wir ein Taxi genommen, um nach Karlsbad zu fahren. Der Saunabereich ist schön, die Saunaräume aber sehr klein. In der einzigen finnischen Sauna sind es maximal drei Sitzplätze. Dafür sind aber genügend liegen und Ruheplätze vorhanden, sowohl innen als auch draußen auf der Terrasse. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt auch viele schöne Natur-Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, hier muss man aber auch bedenken, dass diese nur mit einem Auto erreichbar sind. Insgesamt unser Eindruck vom Hotel: sehr nett, aber dennoch etwas überteuert.

Cons:

Leider ist der Ausblick aus den Zimmern nicht so hübsch, wie auf den Fotos. Der Stausee ist doch etwas klein und auf der anderen Seite ist der Wald fast komplett abgeholzt, anscheinend wegen Waldbrand. Natürlich hat das Hotel nichts dafür. Die Küche des Hotelrestaurants war an einem Abend etwas überfordert, als eine nicht angemeldete Gruppe von etwa zehn Personen ankam. Die anderen sechs oder acht Gäste mussten deswegen sehr lange auf das Essen warten. Dennoch ist es etwas komisch, denn das Restaurant ist ja eigentlich für viel mehr Personen ausgelegt. Gleichzeitig muss man hier positiv betonen, dass die Bedienung sehr bemüht war, die Wartezeit auszugleichen und insgesamt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich blieb. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Hotel nicht optimal.
