Wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Parken direkt am Hotel, Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Auswahl Wein und Speisekarte, großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Minibar inklusive, herzliche und freundliche Begrüßung mit Begrüßungsgetränk.

Cons:

Außenparkplätze kostenpflichtig.

Velmi krásný hotel .
Pros:

Luxusně vybavené pokoje

Cons:

Obsluha v restauraci , když jsem byli na večeři . Mladá slečna nás nechala čekat na pití, které jsme objednali hned po usazení . Kdybychom se nepřipomněli , tak nám pití ani nedonese .

Pros:

Tolles Bett, gute Sauna.

Cons:

Extra Kosten für den Parkplatz, wobei nicht mal Schnee und Matsch geräumt wurde.
So mussten wir jeden Tag auf dem Weg zum und vom Auto durch den Schneematsch stampfen mussten.
Die 5 Sterne entsprechen definitiv nicht meinen Erwartungen!

Понравилась абсолютно всё номер, СПА, внимательность прекрасного заботливого персонала особенно девочек Наташи и Кати ру
Pros:

Остались в полном восторге от проживания в гостинице! Всё на высшем уровне: сервис, атмосфера, чистота и красота — каждая деталь продумана. Очень уютно и приятно находиться, чувствуется забота о гостях.
Отдельно хочется поблагодарить официантку Наташу — невероятно вежливая, внимательная и доброжелательная, обслуживание было просто замечательным. Также большое спасибо Екатерине на рецепции — приветливая, профессиональная и всегда готова помочь.
Отдых получился превосходным, впечатления самые лучшие. Обязательно вернёмся ещё и будем рекомендовать эту гостиницу другим! 11 с 10 мы сюда приедем обязательно.

Tolles Hotel, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schöne, saubere, große Zimmer.
Freundliches Personal
Alles mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.
Frühstück wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Eggs Benedicht unbedingt probieren 😉

Cons:

Kleine Saunen, Dampfbad hat nicht funktioniert , war uns persönlich aber nicht so wichtig

Замечательный отель- Сказка, в очень живописном месте, чисто , уютно, комфортно, внимательный персонал. По прибытии в отель, при ожидании оформления документов, мы могли посидеть в баре и выпить кофе, ,Prosecco.
Спасибо большое за прекрасное отношение и обслуживание на высшем уровне. Мы чувствовали себя превосходно!!!
Отдельная благодарность Наталии официантке ресторана и Светлане повару за их безупречный труд, креативное приготовление и подачу еды.
Наташа предоставила нам помощь по экскурсиям и времяпровождения.
Ни один вопрос и желания не остались открытыми. Спасибо большое 💕🥳🌲👋

Sehr geehrtes Team des Retro Riverside Wellness Resort,

wir haben gerade eine Nacht in Ihrem Hotel verbracht und waren absolut begeistert! Alles war perfekt – von der sauberen, stilvollen Einrichtung bis zur ruhigen Lage.
Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls großartig – mit verschiedenen Saunen, einem Whirlpool und einem Pool. Der Bereich war wunderbar ruhig und rundum erholsam.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den außergewöhnlich herzlichen und kompetenten Service von Anna an der Rezeption. Sie hat uns nicht nur schnell und freundlich eingecheckt, sondern war während unseres Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit, geduldig und unglaublich aufmerksam. Jede Frage beantwortete sie ausführlich, jede Erklärung gab sie mit einer natürlichen Freundlichkeit, die man wirklich selten findet. Als vielreisende Gäste, die schon viele Länder und Hotels kennenlernen durften, können wir sagen: Menschen wie Anna sind ein wahres Juwel für Ihr Haus!

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen Ihr Hotel mit vollster Überzeugung weiter!

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit hohem Standard
Pros:

Das Hotel ist toll ausgestattet, alles sehr schick. Das ganze Gebäude ist außergewöhnlich und in einwandfreiem Zustand, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Wellnessbereich ist super schön, nur ein Steam Bath hat während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ein großes DANKESCHÖN an ANNA und ihr Team, die meinem Mann eine so schöne Geburtstagsüberraschung bereitet haben! Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt mehrere deutschsprachige Fernsehprogramme. Einzig der Fitnessraum wäre definitiv noch ausbaufähig. Nach Karlsbad Innenstadt sind es nur rund 7 km.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz kostet ca. 10,- Euro/Tag/Auto. Das ist uns bei der Buchung nicht aufgefallen und wir wurden auch vor Ort nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Erst nach dem Bezahlen der Rechnung ist uns der zusätzliche Posten auf der Rechnung aufgefallen.

Einfach traumhaft!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, direkt am See. Einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Der
Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
