Výborne raňajky, skvelé recepčné (extra poďakovanie ďakujeme) krásne izby, výborné jedlo v reštaurácii odporúčam stejk z sviečkovice. Wellness tiež super.

Cons:

Staršie župany, a nie najlepšie vypulírované poháre a príbory.

Das Hotel ist schön abseits gelegen, aber trotzdem zentral (10 min mit dem Auto nach Karlsbad). Es ist klein mit nicht vielen Zimmern, was eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre schafft. Es ist zudem sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Spa Bereich ist super mit Schwimmbecken, Whirlpoo,l Finnisher Sauna und 2 Dampfbädern. Zudem kann man eine Massage buchen.

Das Frühstück kann man vom kleinen Buffet oder à la card bestellen. Es ist sehr lecker!
Das Abendessen ist auch sehr gut!

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden gewesen und kommen bestimmt ein weiteres Mal hierher.

Wir würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Parken direkt am Hotel, Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Auswahl Wein und Speisekarte, großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Minibar inklusive, herzliche und freundliche Begrüßung mit Begrüßungsgetränk.

Außenparkplätze kostenpflichtig.

Ein Winterurlaub außerhalb von Karlsbad
Pros:

Tolles Bett, gute Sauna.

Cons:

Extra Kosten für den Parkplatz, wobei nicht mal Schnee und Matsch geräumt wurde.
So mussten wir jeden Tag auf dem Weg zum und vom Auto durch den Schneematsch stampfen mussten.
Die 5 Sterne entsprechen definitiv nicht meinen Erwartungen!

Velmi krásný hotel .

Luxusně vybavené pokoje

Cons:

Obsluha v restauraci , když jsem byli na večeři . Mladá slečna nás nechala čekat na pití, které jsme objednali hned po usazení . Kdybychom se nepřipomněli , tak nám pití ani nedonese .

Понравилась абсолютно всё номер, СПА, внимательность прекрасного заботливого персонала особенно девочек Наташи и Кати ру

Остались в полном восторге от проживания в гостинице! Всё на высшем уровне: сервис, атмосфера, чистота и красота — каждая деталь продумана. Очень уютно и приятно находиться, чувствуется забота о гостях.
Отдельно хочется поблагодарить официантку Наташу — невероятно вежливая, внимательная и доброжелательная, обслуживание было просто замечательным. Также большое спасибо Екатерине на рецепции — приветливая, профессиональная и всегда готова помочь.
Отдых получился превосходным, впечатления самые лучшие. Обязательно вернёмся ещё и будем рекомендовать эту гостиницу другим! 11 с 10 мы сюда приедем обязательно.
