Beautiful facility with breathtaking view and amazing staff, need a major improvement in their cleaning level and a bett

The property location on the river with stunning view is breathtaking. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to serve you.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as expected, the rug next to the bed was covered with stains, the bathroom and the toilet were very dirty and covered with the prior guests remnants, I had to borrow cleaning detergent from the cleaning lady to do the cleaning myself. We stayed there for four nights and other than exchanging the towels daily, the room was not cleaned even once. Another main issue is the restaurant, the menus is very limited and for a such secluded place I would expect a wider selection

Udivilo mě že pokoj nemá klimatizaci, že za parkování se platí, není to centru města a není kde zaparkovat pouze na hotelu , Místo je to krásné, jsou občas slyšet hluk aut

We asked the front desk receptionist, Mikaela, for dental kits and an iron for our clothes—both of which the hotel lists as available amenities. She simply refused and said no, showing zero willingness to help.
We requested a basic room cleaning, but the dirty walls were completely ignored. To make matters worse, staff removed all the towels from our room and never replaced them.
This property acts like a 2-star hotel rather than a luxury one, and management needs to address these service failures immediately.

Ein guter Ort für eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag.
Pros:

Im Haus trifft man in allen Bereichen auf außerordentlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter:innen.. Das Hotel präsentiert sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, findet diese im gut ausgestatteten Wellbessbereich. Mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück lässt es sich gut in den Tag starten.

Pros:

I like the room size and hotel location was excellent

Cons:

There were alot of spiders and bugs we couldnt sleep well! we asked for assistance from staff at midnight but they were too slow and nobody came until we asked from other guest to help
rooms are not cleaned well
Air coonditioner is not working well the room was too much hot and wasnt comfortable to sleep with the warm weather, and some arent have even AC so that was so hard to stay more
Staff was ok nothing exceptional but not for a 5 stars should be better
Price could be less

Ein wunderschöner Ort, das Hotel aber lieblos!

Unglaubliche Lage am See, super gut eingerichtete Zimmer, die viel Komfort bieten.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird mit sehr geringem Aufwand „auf Sparflamme“ betrieben. Das Personal kennt sich nicht richtig aus und (fast) alle wirken als wären sie den ersten Tag da. Dabei ist das Essen abends im Restaurant sehr gut und man könnte aus allem, was da ist viel mehr machen. Schade, weil der Ort an sich einzigartig ist.
