الموظفين لعدم كفائتهم لاستقبال ضيوف الهوتيل و بالذات موظف الاستقبال عند اول ليله في استقبالنا كنت اشك انه يعرف يقرأ جعلنا ننتظر اكثر من ساعه ونصف و كنا جداً متعبين من السفر و زاد هو تعبنا و هذه آخر مره انزل في هذا الفندق

Perfecte locatie met parking naast de deur (Interparking IJdock). We kregen onze hoge kamer op de bovenste verdieping en hadden uitzicht over de hele stad! De badkamer was groot, het bed comfortabel en alles was heel schoon. Beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding in Amsterdam!
The location, the cleanliness of the facility itself , the staff were friendly and so helpful. The location is great very close to Amsterdam Central Station ( around 10-15 minutes walk) . In general it’s definitely a hotel that I would recommend and come back after in the future.
I wanted to mention the reception staff and especially Ana for her nice welcoming and upgrading our room , thank you Ana for making our stay special.

We got offered an upgraded room and given vouchers for the bar because the room wasnt ready when we arrived. They stored our luggage before check in time and delivered it all to our room

Locatia hotelului este foarte buna! Aproape de toate obiectivele din centru. Ajungi pe jos oriunde iar de la Gara Centrala la aeroport faci 15-17 min cu trenul. Gara se afla la 10 min de mers pe jos de hotel
Mobilierul putin cam uzat. Ferestrele nu se inchid foarte bine

Rooms were very spacious (superior twin). We had a good view of the marina at the IJ Dock. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast choice was very wide and well-presented. Members of staff in the bar area were exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
