Not upto the mark
Cons:

First room the phone was not working and the refrigerator was not there. In the second room, the TV didn't work at all.

Little expensive for the overall hotel facilities and room size

As we did not have comfortable sleep due to bad sagging mattresses we give it a poor rating
Pros:

The hotel provided sagging mattresses in twin beds. Springs embedded in the mattresses pricked us. The hotel tried to replace them but the replacements were equally bad and sagging. The mattresses require replacement. In fact we removed them and put thin blankets on the top surface of wooden cots and somehow managed to sleep for four nights.Other than this, staff was very good , breakfast and food were good, the level of hygiene was good. But one has to compromise with sleep and that forced us to give a poor rating.

room photos and actual room matched.

Cons:

the location. it showed Indiranagar and it was at Mahadevapura and that is 45mins away from list Location.
no dental kit or anything.
attitude of the receptionist and staff was horrible.
I wouldn't recommend this room for another family

Nice and cozy
Pros:

The location is good- about 5 min cab drive from the nearby metro station.
The room is spacious, comfortable and with harmonious color combination, which is a rare find among hotels in India.
There is a lounge on the ground floor and a roooftop bar, which makes it easy to hang out with friends.

Cons:

It seems hot water isn’t running 24/7; I had to ask for it when I wanted to take a shower in the evening, which is a rare scene in the hotel business.
They were nice to fix the no hot water issue but still it wasn’t convenient to ask and wait.
