Self contained and really helpful team members
The instructions or location of the venue on the website was a struggle to locate where the venue actually was but once we found it staff were helpful in pointing out the parking situation.

Nice greeting when we arrived, receptionist was most friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcomed. For a studio room we were pleasntly surprise to see we had a washing and dryer machines. Room was spotlessly clean.
Strange as it may sound we could have had need for sissors, suggest you inlude otherwise all the cultery was perfectly good. We notice no electric blankets not that we needed them but certainly would had we stayed during winter. Also suggest you supply a bottle of washing up liquid as the sachet supplied wasn't sufficient. Otherwise everything met our requirements.

Only one thing to complain about is that the house keeping did not service our room on Saturday the we find out that there's no service on Sundays but we at least ask at reception for clean towels

Was prety easy to find, i wasn’t sure initially where the car park was and i had arrived after check in hours so I had to call the line to ask, but it was all easy as. Clean and Tidy.
Plane was delayed. Staff contacted me before I could call them to confirm my arrival. They were still waiting when I got in a few minutes late.
Bed was not that comfortable. Because of making my reservation through Booking .com, I was not aware that a breakfast pack was available. Didn't really matter as I had planned on a local cafe which made an excellent Breakfast with really good coffee.

La chambre était très propre, spacieuse avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour faire à manger. Lit confortable et machine de linge à disposition.
Même s’il y a des bus, l’hôtel est situé « loin » du centre, convient pour une nuit ou deux proche de l’aéroport (15 min en voiture).
Et le gros point noir pour les arrivées tardives, le fait de devoir prendre sa CB en photo et de leur envoyer pour avoir les instructions, c’est plutôt moyen.
