Top quality, welcoming property.
Pros:

Great location - walking distance to Ponsonby (my favorite neighborhood in Auckland). The property is well maintained and very clean. Front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Very nice place, I'm recommending this place to stay there.
Pros:

Room was equipped with washer and dryer machine, full kitchen with dishwasher ! Bathroom very spacious with towel dryer !

Cons:

No breakfast. Very limited and not convenient car parking.
