As a long stay, repeat guest of the JW Marriott Bengaluru, there are times when service and atmosphere almost become routine, and one tends to get absorbed in your own agenda and to-do lists, especially for business guests, however, there are the moments when not just the level, but the enduring service reminds me why I stay at the JW Marriott Bengaluru. I have stayed at many Marriott properties all over the world, none surpass the service experienced here. I had to obtain a personal package and the front desk, and concierge teams went above and beyond to see that it was taken care of. The JW Kitchen staff is exceptional, Chef Raju, Bipul, Rohan, and Tanvi all capture the essence of dedication, service and artistic flair needed for a 5-star property. I have written many reviews over the years for the JW BLR, so at this point all i can do is to remind the uninitiated of the goodness that await them at this hotel. Do not be misguided, I am not touting perfection, rather I am embellishing a persistence and drive to BE perfect, to achieve and deliver a customer experience that you will take with you. The AAW celebration week was a special time that will be cherished!

Must visit uno izakaya! The food here is outstanding, don’t leave the hotel without eating at their Japanese speakeasy. We had two lovely meals of yellowfin tuna, omakase nigiri, buff steak, truffle mushroom with umami rice, hamachi with lemon grass and coconut, salmon with mandarin, scallops with plum, Chef Shubam is simply spectacular, nobody else can pair different elements of food like he does, he is talented beyond compare! And Dieze is excellent at service, she knows all of the good stuff, suggests great tips and makes you feel completely at home. This is the best Japanese restaurant that India has to offer, no doubt! (Loved the cocktails as well, the bartender whips them up as per your liking..) fabulous experience
This is my third visit at JW Marriott Bengaluru. It's a fantastic hotel mostly because of the people who work here, making the experience special and caring.
The location, food and clenliness are also great (love the breakfast especially!).
