Comfortable and convenient stay
Pros:

Excellent location! We were able to walk most places we wanted to go to. The kitchen was a decent size and well equipped. Clean and comfortable! Would stay there again!

Cons:

The only issue was that the tv in the room could not connect to the wifi for some reason. The wifi worked though so we could use our phones for music.

Quiet, cozy stay.
Pros:

Location is superb, a centric location within South Beach you have pretty much everything there in walking distance, quiet and cozy with a great staff and a very good looking property, the kitchenette was super helpful and very well equipped.

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfy and some of the items in the property (like some cabinets) were rusted or not as thoroughly cleaned but not a big deal tbh.

Excelente. Buena ubicación Instalaciones nuevas. Te proveen de cápsulas para café y tabletas de Lavavajilla y jabón para Lavarropas. Todo nuevo prolijo. Un 10

Que no me hicieron el cuarto ni cambiaron toallas y al hacer el check out se sorprendieron y me dijeron que hay que avisar para que lo hagan cosa que no me habían dicho. Y un inconveniente que se inundó la habitación ( aparentemente era cafetera rota ) y quedaron en venir a las 22 hs. Los esperamos sin acordarnos hasta las 23.30 y no vinieron y lo hicieron al día siguiente a las 7 hs que estábamos durmiendo. Pero detalles de mala interpretación mínimo para lo positivo que tiene
