Amazing experience at the Delirio Hotel
Pros:

The Delirio Hotel delivered above our expectations. Firstly, the staff created the first impression of friendliness, and were ready to help with any questions we had. A special mention to the kitchen staff, who were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with fruit, cereal, fresh juices, eggs, omelettes, and croissants. Our room was clean and our little balcony provided us with a magical view of the world passing by beneath us, while we sipped a glass of wine before heading out to dinner. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. The location within the walled city is perfect, and attractions and restaurants are all easily walkable.

El trato fenomenal, las instalaciones hay que mejorarlas
Pros:

El trato del personal es muy bueno, sobre todo las personas de cocina son súper súper atentas.

Cons:

Las instalaciones les falta un repaso…el precio no está ajustado al mantenimiento de las habitaciones, el cristal de la ducha de nuestra habitación no cerraba y el agua se salía, se lo comentamos al chico de recepción. Creo que para el precio deberían de tenerlo mejor cuidado.

Un hotel con dos secretos: una colección fotográfica y una cocinera increíble
Pros:

Buenísima ubicación al lado de la librería Ábaco y la Nacional. Muy tranquilo, con cafés al lado, restaurantes. Y con un gran gran plus: 20 fotografías gigantes en blanco y negro del gran fotógrafo colombiano Hernán Díaz quien fotografió como pocos a Cartagena. De lujo la cocinera y su desayuno hecho fresquito y con mucho amor.

Cons:

En los cuartos se empieza a notar el paso del tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento: cajones que no encajan, puertas que no cierran, pintura que se cae. Ojo con los detalles.
