Lage, Service, Essen, einfach perfekt. Das schönste Hotel wäre nichts wert, wenn die Mitarbeiter nicht funktionieren. Hier fühlt man sich dank der wunderbaren Mitarbeiter sofort zu Hause. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

Absolutely worth it
Pros:

It was such a glorious stay. The pool, and the sauna were spectacular. The bed was very comfortable and it’s so close to the runs. I enjoyed it very much.

Cons:

Dinner was a bust. I waited a long time for my main course and when it came, it was the wrong thing, then it was too late to eat so I went to bed hungry. (can’t eat after 8 PM🙄💔)

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Top Lage, nur wenige Meter zur Gondel. Ausgezeichnetes Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Super freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts negatives auszusetzen.

Great hospitality, service, location to ski lifts, cleanliness, and great food
Pros:

The food is exceptional, and there are three opportunities to enjoy their service and hospitality. Breakfast is buffet, then between 3pm and 5pm, there is a plentiful snack buffet in the lobby, then dinner service from 7pm to 9pm. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Cons:

One massage room is available, and while the service is good, wish this area had more services available. However, there is a Finnish sauna, steam room, pool, and other spa amenities to help recover from skiing.

Wonderful hotel in a super location with great staff and super facilities.
Pros:

We really enjoyed breakfast and snacks. The relaxation area, pool, steam room & sauna are fantastic. The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Mark in the restaurant area was exceptional.

Cons:

Personally we found the evening meals a little too complicated, we would prefer some evening meals simpler
