Rooms were dirty, biscuit crumbs still on the table! Bathroom was poor, dirty & it all just needs a tidy up & better cleaning! Service was fabulous tho, helped us with Taxi bookings & we stayed an extra night as we had come down sick!

Ambiance is of a seedy place with narrow stairs and verandahs. Staff is rude and not interested in the customersa, especially the manager. Overall a very disappointing stay. Expedia should stop selling such seedy places.

Very unhelpful staff, cold water, toilet not working, no wifi in room, very noisy, damp and dirty, bed covered in bedbugs, sheets full of stains, interior nothing like the pictures online. Very bad experience.

The Elegant Guest House in Bangalore was a very bad experience for me. At arrival, the person supposed to help me couldn't care less and was more busy with his mobile. The toilet was not working, the water was cold, the environment extremely noisy. But the worst, the room was full of BEDBUGS! I counted at least twenty and left in the middle of the night. At least, I got my money back, after some discussion.
Furthermore, the pictures seem to be from the times of the Maharajas, because the hotel/room only remotely resemble the actual condition of the hotel, which is bad.

ouside . for bachelors its a very good place .

I have traveled a lot but this hotel was the worst ever. When i arrived, the guy at the reception couldn't care less and was more busy with his mobile phone than helping me. The room was inside the building with window towards the corridor... however the street is very busy and so noisy that you might prefer not having your window there. Toilet was not working. Water was cold. But the worst: BEDBUGS! Counted at least twenty. Even had them in my luggage at my next destination. Got my money back and the staff member who helped me was friendly, but what a sh**hole!

We contacted expedia for a stay @banglre since we had a plan of going to the theme park Wonderla The customer care executive lead us in wrong way suggesting this guest house saying that the hotel is just 3KM away from Wonderla. Actually it is around 40KM away from Wonderla. Room service and receptionist at the guest house were also bad enough to give us proper service and information.

Not a bad place if you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a couple nights. Staff is helpful and friendly, wifi and tv are good. It's not the cleanest or nicest place but not atrocious either-- a good, cheap stay if you're not picky about cleanliness.

Only +ve point is free Wi-Fi.otherwise everything is soo worst.very dirty room,no one to hear ur problem,no cleaning of bathroom dirty water,if u r coming to the hotel only for sleep then it's a place in tight budget.
