Has the potential to be a very comfortable hotel but needs to have a better management team and a thorough plan of organ
Pros:

This was a central property, close to the main square and within walking distance to the main sites and near the bus 194. Ivan the cocktail bar tender is magnificent and an asset to the hotel. If only all the staff had his degree of excellence

Cons:

The Reception team, check in , no concierge, breakfast choices and lack of a team. From the first entry into the hotel we realised it was not a 5 star. We had a ridiculous and laborious check in process… made to sit down while the receptionist went away, then another group of guests arrived and he started on their check in procedure before he had finalised ours . No one explained the services of the hotel, breakfast or spa. At the breakfast there were no bowls for cereal, no milk …. no one advised us about ordering a separate breakfast , although you could. I just got the feeling the hotel staff were making it up as they went along

Espectacular el hotel. Sin dudas excelente ubicación y divino. Volvería seguro.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica y cerca de todo. La habitación espectacular, todo muy impecable y cómodo. Muy silenciosa, permite descansar.
