Vivencias Generales 3 noches.
Cons:

Vergonzosa la mala disposición del personal nocturno de recepción y su mala predisposición. Ni se levantaron a ofrecer ayuda, se pusieron a negar cambios y hablar entre ellos, ignorando las necesidades del cliente, no nos informaron nada, un desastre la preparación, previsión de las condiciones chequeadas de la habitación, de la calefacción/baño con las temperaturas que hacían NOS CONGELAMOS! Al plantear de buenos modos, respetuosamente Parecía que les estábamos pidiendo favores para que solucionen el problema.
Nunca prepararon la HABITACIÓN PREMIUM!¡ para recibirnos las 3 noches, no prendía el calefactor a gas... nunca nos explicaron que el split era solo frío... pileta y bacha con pérdidas de agua. En el baño ninguna norma de seguridad, agarre, etc.
A DESTACAR! Solo 3 personas, que alguna vez en la larga estadía no nos ladraron, la Srta. y Sr. que atienden en el desayunador y el Sr. de recepción del lunes 17/08 por la mañana sumamente agradable, cordial que nos despidió!!!
La empresa debería hacer una capacitación sobre HOSPITALIDAD y su trascendencia en el rubro hotelería y luego "perfilar" empleados con no actitud de atención directa al cliente y reubicarlos en otras áreas.

El.lugar tenia olor a frito, no tiene servicios. , caro. Una porquería. Estuve 3 horas en el hotel no me devolvieron ni un peso. Pague casi 1 millón de pesos.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación precaria, sin sacador de pelo con un tv que no se veía además de ser muy pequeño las mesas de luz ocupadas con un velador y no cabía nada , cuando dije que queria dejar el hotel , nos dieron una habitación mucho mejor donde estuvimos bien el personal ayudo a que nos quedáramos. Debo decir que es incomodo llegar y no tener a nadie que se ocupe de valijas hay que entrar por un garage publico.....eso quita mucho confort. No tienen personal suficiente, por lo que a mi me toco ver. Iba a ir al plaza real hotel.pero al cambiar la habitación inmediatamente cancele y me quede . Yo lo habia buscado xque quedaba mas cerca de mis parientes.
Desayuno normal , con personal atento.
