Will not book again!
Pros:

The proximity from your location to Knotts Berry Farms!

Cons:

The sign outfront of your location and on your website says remodeled rooms! Well i guess we didn't get one of those. Your website also says breakfast, which you don't provide. Although the room was decent size and we liked the extra bunkbeds for the grandchildren if was kinda dirty. Found a dead cockroach in the bunk room and if the kids walked barefoot in room their feet were black!!! Really need to do a DEEP CLEANING!!

Friendly staff, decent price but did not sleep well. Comfort is a priority for me so will not be staying here again.
Pros:

Perfect location for a weekend trip to Knott’s Berry farm. The outside of the property was well maintained. They have a decent size pool that was also well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Decent price for holiday weekend.

Cons:

If sleeping well is a priority this is not the place to stay. The beds were so uncomfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on only a box spring. The property advertised new/upgraded rooms but the room we had was outdated. The shower curtain had a large hole, bathroom light fixture was broken, and the tiles in the shower were falling off.

Gave easy access to parks but was definitely a value motel. You get what you pay for

Close to attractions, easy walking to parks. The room itself was clean.

Cons:

It was very old. Outside was very dirty and off putting. The elevator was very worn and looked scary. There was a huge gap around the door that let in light and smoke from other guest smoking outside our door. Beds were less than comfortable. Pillows were awful.

Favorite place to stay
Pros:

The staff is awesome and super helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My whole family appreciates this hotel and we will continue to stay at the Best Inn & Suites when we're in the area.
