It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend staying there.

Carpet had nails out from the walk way to the bathroom. Children stepped on it every time they went to the bathroom. The door to enter had large gaps when closed. The tub was clogged.

Price was good but I guess you pay for what you get right?

Cons:

Everything mold every where hair on towels bathtub too slippery smelled like mold chairs were very disgusting floor felt like you were gonna fall through the ceiling very unsafe wall plugs coming out the wall and the ac unit did not have buttons very unsafe for kids and adults

Great cost and location. Friendly staff. Smell of cleaner within room was problematic.

Cost and location. Exactly what we needed since we were walking over to Knott's Berry Farm.

Cons:

The smell of cleaning chemicals was so strong that we had to leave the door open to try and air it out. By the morning, I had a splitting headache, I think due to the smell of the room.

I have been staying at this hotel for a couple of years every time I go to knots berry farm. It's clean and the staff is so nice.

Cons:

Me and my kids like how close it is to knots berry farm it's walking distance. They love the heated pool
