It was clean and nice and a great location

The only thing i didnt like was that my kids witness someone with a machete but other than that it was good

Quality and convenience
Pros:

The extreme convenience to Knotts Berry Farms. Both parks. My bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Really to be fair the only thing that could make it better is having breakfast since it’s right next to the facility everyone’s going to. I don’t wanna go get breakfast anywhere else.

Room 101 had a dirty cloth chair, window lock was broken and had a stick securing it closed. Musty odor in the room, mold started in shower ceiling limited parking.

Definitely not worth the money we paid!!

I had a family suite and on days I didn’t put the “don’t disturb sign “ no one showed up to clean the room! Also it says on line that it includes free breakfast and they don’t even have free ice so much less breakfast!! Refrigerator kept on leaking watered the entire week we stood there, tv has only a few channels.

Honestly I liked the location it was right across soak city..

Cons:

I didn't like the room as well.The room had a chemical smell or humid smell when u walk in...The sheets were stained..The bed had 2 sheets and a wool blanket..So I was cold at night
