Not staying there again

Cons:

It is old ,the kids bunk bed were uncomfortable and the bottom bunk had a very nasty comment written on the bunky board we stayed 2 nights and we requested room cleanup we came back nothing was cleaned we had to go get towels an toilet paper from front desk

You get what you pay for. Comfortable bed to sleep on. Across the street from Knotts Berry Farm.

Cons:

Everything is very dated and non cohesive. The room we were given had a broken down refrigerator, slow draining bath drain. Room had to be changed for us. Swimming pool, very uninviting. Guests allowed to smoke (all things) outside their rooms while the air conditioner was going pulling in all the stink.

Family weekend get away.
Pros:

The price was very reasonable for the hotel. I also really like the free parking.

Cons:

It was three of us an only kept getting two wash cloths and need more soap for the restroom.

Pros:

I liked how close it was to knots berry , I will for sure be rescheduling when the water park opens up

Cons:

The pillows could be switched out to some that are more comfortable but other than that it’s pretty cozy

I would give this place an overall rating of 3/10.

Location as it’s right across the street from Knotts Berry Farm

Cons:

Cleanliness! I feel like they can clean a little bit better, especially when peak season comes around and you know your facility is going to be fully booked at times.

The bathroom was pretty dirty which prompted us not to use the shower while we stayed there, along with the air conditioning unit, when I turned on the AC dust and dirt started blowing out, which would indicate that it hasn’t been turned on in a while. We heard other guests complaining at the pool on how their rooms were also dirty. They claim that they also serve breakfast, but they do not so do not let the booking fool you.

Dirty and falling apart
Pros:

The front desk guy was kind and accommodating he got us two rooms next to each other.

Cons:

The room smelled super strong of fabuloso and the floor had a sticky residue like they used too much cleaning product or had dirty mop water. Our showers tiles were all cracked and the shower curtain rod was broken and held up with black trash bag. The door seemed like it wasn’t sealed, you could see light coming in all around it and hear every sound from the parking lot. The curtains were too long and covered the AC so the air was just blowing behind the curtains and we had to lean a lamp on it to keep the curtains back so we could get air. The room just felt dirty
