모든객실에 창문이 없어서 밀폐된 느낌의 호텔
Pros:

위치가 좋았습니다 깨끗한 동네입니다

Cons:

창문이 없고 내부가 너무 어둡습니다 빌딩 내부에 싸여있는 느낌이라 채광이랄게 없어서 깨끗해도 어두워서 조금 쾌적한 느낌이 덜 했습니다

Decent but not for me
Pros:

Staff is super helpful, snacks and water in lobby is awesome

Cons:

Not for me, strangely located inside a residential building on the second floor
no windows made it seem like you’re in a prison cell , no idea what time of day it was
the shower was poorly constructed the water would spray out and flood the bathroom floor each time

Tôi thực sự thất vọng với chất lượng dịch vụ tại Via Loft Hotel. Trong thời gian lưu trú, tôi phát hiện kem dưỡng da và bàn chải đánh răng của người lạ xuất hiện trong phòng mình — những ngày trước hoàn toàn không có. I was genuinely disappointed with my stay at Via Loft Hotel. During my visit, I discovered skincare cream and a toothbrush belonging to a stranger inside my room — items that were not there on previous days. This raised serious concerns about room security and guest privacy. On top of that, the hot water was completely unreliable, making showering an unpleasant experience throughout my stay. Not acceptable for the price paid.

コスパを考えれば十分満足です。
Pros:

便利な場所にあって、お値段が安い。雑居ビルの2〜3階ですが、思ったより静かでした。ベッドの寝心地も普通に良い。お部屋は小綺麗に改装してあり、水回りもわりと清潔で、タオルも毎日取り替えてくれます。お水やお茶、スナックが無料でいただけて、洗濯もできました。耳栓、髪ゴムとかもくれます。スタッフの人はみな親切でした。

Cons:

窓がないお部屋、寝るだけだからいいかと思いきや、お天気や外の明るさが全然わからないのは意外と不便。シャワーの温度が熱すぎるか冷たいかどっちかで、うまく調整できません。リンスがなくて備え付けのシャンプーだけだと髪の毛ギシギシになったので、隣のコンビニでトリートメントを買いました。あとトイレはペーパーが流せないタイプ、自分は気にならなかったけどダメな人はダメかも。
