Cons:

O pessoal da limpeza começa a fazer muito barulho desde cedo, o problema maior é o arrastar de camas, que fica a manha toda, tirando isso perfeito.

Cama confortável, chuveiro esquenta rápido.

Cons:

Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Tivemos problema com um quarto no corredor em que os hóspedes estavam fumando m4conh4 e empesteou o corredor, fora o som alto até a madrugada. A recepção foi informada mas o problema não foi solucionado

vergonzosa atención
Pros:

la habitación, lo único que faltaba era el bidet (soy argentino y allá se usa)

Cons:

desde el personal de recepción, los que aún pasando varias veces y saludando no contestan nunca. No explican como funcionan las llaves de la habitación a no ser que después de 4 o 5 veces que uno reclame se lo digan de mala forma. Nunca hay nadie que se responsabilice, siempre va a estar en otro momento, NO TIENEN LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES. Si antes de las 2 pm están realizadas las habitaciones es porque tuvieron suerte y no hablemos del estacionamiento (si no se llega temprano hay que tener suerte de encontrar lugar, y cobran 30 reales). Recibí el baño con una toalla manchada (foto), y mi habitación cuando regresé a las 1335 hs (foto)
