Otelin çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımsever. Ancak odalarda bürokratik bir sorun yüzünden klima yoktu! En azından bir tepe vantilatörü ile sorunu çözebilirler diye düşünüyorum.

Property address is incorrect in the expedia booking. We had great difficulty reaching the property - we only reached the property after we called them and they shared their location. This needs to be rectified for other travellers.

Clean room, good breakfast, the staffs were amazing!!

The pictures really do not do this place justice. Feel so honoured to have stayed somewhere so beautiful. I live in a busy city and I’ve never experienced such calm and tranquility in all my life. It’s so peacefully quiet I’ve never known anything like it.

Very clean and tidy. Great hospitality and friendly staff. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in Turkey! Freshest butter and juiciest fruit!

There’s a small cafe up the road that does great kebabs, I forgot the name but it’s on a back road.

I recommend a trip up to Gerome market where there’s lots of souvenirs to get.

I am allergic and the hotel they were doing construction work, so I could not spend a night there. I paid 4 nights collected for Expedia and the hotel did not make any return.Expedia limited itself to say that " We need to comply with our partners policy"

Çok iyi ve misafirperver sahipleri var. Çok kibar ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Aile ortamı gibiydi.

이스탄불에서 넘어왔을때 기분이 않좋은 상태였는데여기 호텔직원분들덕분에 정말 기분좋게 지냘수있었어요 방도 원래예약한것보다 좋은방으로 주시고 무엇보다 노을구경도 직접차로데려다 시켜두시고 맛있는 간식까지 사주셨네요 픽업에서부터 관광까지 전부신경써 주셔서 넘 감사했습니다 떠나는날 아침일찍출발이라 아침못먹고 가는줄 알았는게 일찍나오셔서 샌드위치 도시락까지 챵겨주시고.. 잊지못할것같아요 적극추천합니다

Harika bir otel. İster konumu, ister temizliği, isterse çalışanların güler yüzü ne ararsanız mükemmel. Fiyatı oda kahvaltı üzerine veriyorlar fakat o kadar gönlü bol insanlar ki ikram üstüne ikramda bulunuyorlar. O otelin bel kemiği Ahmet bey her konuda size yardımcı oluyor. İlk defa bölgeye gelenlere tavsiyem Ahmet beyden yardım alın, biz çok memnun kaldık. Otel konum itibariyle de her yere yakın bu da bi avantaj. Biz memnun kaldık, siz de hiç düşünmeden bu otele gidebilirsiniz.

otel personelı cok ılgılı ve super ınsanlar

We book this hotel because we'd like to stay in a cave hotel, off the beaten path for our honeymoon travel to Turkey. Fatma, who is a staff is super helpful. She booked all our travel arrangement and activities while staying there, as if she was our travel agent. As the matter of fact, she was a travel agents prior to be a hotel manager at this hotel. We recommend to stay here because of super friendly staffs and off the beaten path.

The down side was that our second night at the hotel, our room was not done. As if the maid service was sick on that day. No new towels, bedsheets or cleaning. Bathroom has no windows and no wifi. They told me because the room is cave and some rooms has a very bad reception.

スタッフが暖かいですね。
他のレビューでワインをごちそうになったとかありましたが、私はお金が掛かったかのでがっかり。
あまり過度の期待をしないでいけばそれなりによいと思います。
ご飯はいっぱい出してくれます。明らかに食べきれない量です。
夕食は10ユーロで食べました。これは正解。ただ、メインというものはない印象。
おいしいというか普通ですね。

Very nice Cave Hotel with excellent price. Hotel has a good location 'Heart of Cappadocia' They have a nice local breakfast in the morning which we really enjoyed.
