Deniz manzaralı odamızın konumu harikaydı ve bu odayı İbrahim Ali, bebeğimiz olduğu için upgrade ederek verdi. Bunun dışında tesiste marka içme suyu olması. TafTaf araçları sayesinde otel içi kolay ulaşım. Çocuklar için resiften temizlenmiş 3-4metrelik sahilin başlangıcı. Sahilde gölge çocuk oyun parkı sevdiklerimiz.

Cons:

Ana restoranda yemek saatlerinde çalışan sayısı az. Kimse ne içersiniz diye sormuyor. Bebek sandalyesi aramakla geçiyor. Bir de otelin müşterilerinin %95'i Rus. Herkes sizi rus sanıp öncelikle rusça konuşuyor. Bu sorun değil ama çalışanlar resepsiyon neredeyse hiç ingilizce bilmiyor bilhassa valiz taşıyanlar hiç bilmiyor.

If you are searching for a serene and calming escape, Sultan Gardens Resort is undoubtedly the ultimate destination. My family and I just concluded a 4-night stay, and it was nothing short of perfection.
Traveling with two babies can be challenging, but this resort made everything incredibly easy. Their attention to detail is world-class; they even prepared fresh sautéed mashed vegetables specifically for our 5-month-old babies, which was a lifesaver.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being cleaned twice a day to ensure a hygienic environment for the little ones.
A major highlight was the Italian restaurant—the experience was truly amazing! The presentation of the dishes was like a work of art, and the meals were absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing, high-quality dinner.
The true soul of this resort is its staff. Their kindness and friendliness made our vacation unforgettable.

Good but not Great
Pros:

The resort rooms were modern, clean, comfortable, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms offered a relaxing space after a busy day.

Cons:

While the resort itself has beautiful facilities, good weather, and hardworking staff, we unfortunately did not find it to be a very cosmopolitan or internationally welcoming experience. The resort appears to cater almost exclusively to Russian guests, with most entertainment, menus, activities, and announcements primarily focused on Russian language and culture. As a family from a different background, this made it difficult at times to feel included or comfortable. The all inclusive restaurants were also extremely overcrowded, often making it stressful to find seating together as a family. Overall, the experience felt more like mass tourism than a relaxed international holiday destination. We would mainly recommend it to Russian-speaking guests or visitors from neighboring countries who may feel more at home in this environment. Unfortunately, the overall experience was affected by how overcrowded the beach and restaurants were throughout most of our holiday. Finding available loungers at the beach was often difficult, and meal times became stressful due to long queues, packed dining areas, and limited seating availability. While the resort has great potential and good facilities, the high number of guests made the experience feel rushed and overcrowded rather than peaceful and relaxing.

Super staff super place
Pros:

Our entire stay was wonderful. They took excellent care of me and my family of eight, making sure we were comfortable at every moment throughout the day with thoughtful gestures.

We would especially like to extend our sincere thanks to our receptionist, Hossam Kamel. From the very first moment we arrived, he treated us like special guests. He was always friendly, solution-oriented, and made us feel truly at ease. We are deeply grateful to him.

And finally, we would like to thank Assem Mohammad very much for his friendly support and help in every matter.
