10/10 todo pero cama un poco incómoda
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación y el personal no podía ser más atento y amigable, además de hablar inglés y español. También se agradece muchísimo el espacio común de cocina con una cafetera espectacular, refrigerador, utensilios de cocina y otras cosas :) perfecto para comprar cosas para desayunar el dia anterior y consumirlas en la mañana.

Cons:

La cama era un poco dura, pero nada que causara dolor ni molestias. Solamente podría haber sido mejor, considerando que venía de otros hoteles de otras ciudades de aproximadamente el mismo valor con camas más cómodas.

Great location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, easy to find, and walking distance from most of the spots we wanted to visit. The hotel felt small and quiet in a nice way. The staff were great and made us feel welcome. It was easy to store our luggage before and after checkout. The goody bag and treats from the staff on reception were a hit with the kids. The room was clean and functional enough for a short stay.

Cons:

Parts of the room were looking a bit tired/dated and the bathroom could do with an upgrade, although it was clean and functional.

Great area, great staff, very clean, rooms small but manageable. Given how expensive Amsterdam is in general, good value
Pros:

The area is wonderful - the best bit of Amsterdam!
The staff are lovely and friendly and great little area for coffee etc or if you want to prepare food yourself.

Cons:

It’s very clean and the rooms are comfortable but as the hotel says , they are indeed very small! My husband is over 6 foot and we both had good sized back-packs and it was a bit tight in the bedroom! But we booked a small double, so probably a ‘normal’ double would have been fine !

Excellent boutique hotel with great staff
Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel. Really liked my stay here. Bed was comfortable and room had a nice view (floor 4). There was aircon in the room which did work. Shower nice and toiletries provided the staff were really helpful and they also stored out bags all day. When we got back we had some time and were allowed to sit and have a drink before finally setting off at 6pm.

No complaints at all

Pros:

A wonderfully cozy place. Perfect location. Really sweet and helpful staff. Little surprises. If you can live with small rooms and a small bed, then this place is truly unique.
