Minik, butik, güleryüzlü personel, tatlı ikramı, sütekli kahve makinesinin çalışması, duşun su tazyiki çok güzeldi.

Lage gut, Personal freundlich, Zimmer geht so
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und das Personal total freundlich. Kaffee/Tee gab’s rund um die Uhr kostenlos.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich ziemlich klein und hatte nur einen kleinen Schrank. Auch die Dusche war Mini und das Wasser war nach dem Duschen im ganzen Bad verteilt. Das war echt ein Manko.

Despite the uncomfortable pillows, we liked it a lot and appreciate the staff and location very much.
Pros:

Amazing location, very quiet streets, right next to a canal. Super cafe next door. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room has good storage. Free pastries and coffee available. Lovely gift bag upon leaving.

Cons:

Pillows weren’t really pillows, they were firm, lumpy cushions and very uncomfortable. Can be noisy where people are walking up the creaky stairs and talking outside of their rooms in the small corridor late at night.

Perfect in everyway
Pros:

Loved the location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again next time we visit Amsterdam. We also loved the food at the Cafe just across from the Leiden. Delicious food and also very friendly.

Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis, sempre sorridentes

Tem uma maquina de cafe completa (cpucinho, chocoktae e cha) na recepcao; alem dr balinhas tipo gummy bear

Cons:

Quarto um pouco pequeno, especialmente o banheiro, mas é o padrão

Staff giovane e dinamico.Molto cortese, professionale e sempre disponibile.
Caffetteria a disposizione (con una macchina che eroga prodotti buoni come al bar).
Deposito bagagli in e out molto organizzato.Estrema sicurezza negli accessi e allarme nella chiusura della porta della stanza.Possibilità di scaldarsi cibo preso fuori.Borraccia per ogni ospite offerta dall'hotel.Posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere a piedi le zone principali sia utilizzando i mezzi pubblici.

Dallo scarico del bagno non finestrato usciva cattivo odore.
