It was well located

Cons:

Unfriendly staff, the room was clean, but it did not have towels or soap, so we had to ask for them. Bogota is pretty cold at night, and the beds did not have blankets. I asked for one on the first night at 1 am, it was extra thin, and the next night, I asked for another blanket, but the staff did not want to give it to me at first because I already had one.

No me gustó que el desayuno que ofrecieron, siempre fue el mismo: huevo y pan. Además el desayuno fue muy poco y la bebida extremadamente dulce todos los días. También faltó un poco de amabilidad por parte de algunos empleados.

Habitaciones pequeñas e incómodas, mala higiene de las habitaciones, baños, mal olor en sus camas, sus tendidos, sábanas y toallas.

Muy buena ubicación. Posibilidad de parqueadero (pago adicional).

Cons:

El desayuno tiene un horario corto y muy temprano y si te pasas 2 minutos ya lo pierdes. En el baño se hizo charco cuando se utilizó la ducha, no hicieron aseo todos los días (por lo menos limpieza del baño).
