HB1 Budget Hotel - contactless check in

There is a free breakfast which is very helpful to save time and money. The places to visit in Vienna is very far from where the hotel is located. Regardless, I am very happy with my stay with no technical issue or any issue experienced.

Wir waren von Anfang bis Ende mit allem zufrieden. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war die schwache Klimaanlage. Dankeschön

Preisleistung TOP! Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark frequentierten Straße. In meinem Zimmer ließ sich das Fenster nicht vollständig schließen und die Heizung war abgeschaltet. Daher war es sehr laut und bei 0 Grad Außentemperatur war es leider auch echt eiskalt. Ich konnte niemanden erreichen da die Rezeption nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist.

The contactless checking was a boon. The room was immaculate and very clean. Perfect for a night's stay.

Was mich Ärgerte. konnte nicht Frühstücken weil die Asiaten alle Plätze belegt haben ...War Früher öfters dort müsste mal so langsam renoviert werden...Personal ist Freundlich

Der Fernseher hat einen Bildschirmdefekt und es gibt nur sehr wenige Kanäle zu sehen. Auch die Fenster waren leider nicht gründlich geputzt. Ansonsten ist es ok.

Valde detta då det var ett billigare hotell, rummen är som man kan förvänta sig för priset men toaletten är väldigt liten. Finns tåg in till Wien centrum ca 10min gång till stationen

Sauberes Hotel, angenehm ruhig, ausreichend möbliert. Einziges Manko war beim duschen,danach was alles nass , das Wasser läuft bei der Türe hinaus

Günstige, sehr saubere Unterkunft. Ausreichend große Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Trotz Kategorie/Lage sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot.

It's fine. But there was no wi-fi code and as the check in is automated no way to find out. I just streamed off my mobile phone but really there should be wifi / passwords labeled clearly in the room.

Also the shower, although nice has two hoses. There was no obvious way to switch between shower heads. I just used the over head shower.

Not obvious where to get rid of the door key at the end of the stay. If you have an automated machine to receive the key, then logic would be to have the same to hand it in.

A woman bought her noisy little dogs to breakfast. I didn't think they should be in there. Annoying to have a little dog barking and jumping on me when I am trying to get my food in peace.

The guy serving breakfast was nice and helpful.
