美麗島駅からも、前金駅からも近くまた場所柄飲食店も近くに散在するため、町歩き、食べ歩きには便利なところ。また、1階の朝食スペースが朝食後は、フリーの喫茶スペースとして開放されており、お茶コーヒーなどの飲み物とともにアイスクリームまで無料で提供されていた。近所を散策、買い物した折にちょっと立ち寄り、部屋に戻らずひと休憩出来るのはありがたかった。スタッフに日本語を話せる人は、いなかったが挨拶なども丁寧で気持ちが良かった。エアコンの音が少し大きく施設自体は古いが、清潔に保たれている。高雄に来て、街歩き、食べ歩きの拠点とするには、リーズナブルで良いと思う。

いつもは、三多店利用するのですが、お値打ち価格だった為こちらを利用しました。所々価格を抑えている施設があり、浴槽なし、夜食なし、朝食やお菓子の種類など、なるほどと思いました。十分かもしれませんが、自分は三多店が向いているかなと思いました。日本語話せる人にあたりません(いないのでしようか？)でした。

以這個價位帶來說，戶戶有窗，無菸味，打少乾淨，免治馬桶，住房者隨時能進去坐的一樓餐廳，免費的冰淇淋與茶水、餅乾。
早餐中規中矩。沒什麼好嫌的。
但因近年的環保理由，沒有提供牙刷與刮鬍刀等耗材，記得自帶。

乾淨，陳舊的乾淨但床單實在也是陳舊感的唉唷乾淨

床不舒服設備老舊浴室按摩花灑，沒有高水壓形同虛設，洗澡只能用蓮蓬頭掛在半牆高的地方不方便，水壓不足水壓不足，地板陳舊有脫漆，璧燈也有脫漆入住時櫃檯說幫有我升級客房，當下驚訝不知為何？要升級。入住後看了實在無感實在無感實在無感有被開玩笑的感覺。
