Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness and tidy rooms (e.g., '清潔乾淨', '整齊 清潔', '房間很乾淨'), indicating a strong positive sentiment for cleanliness.
Service
9
Staff frequently described as friendly and professional at check-in and in dining areas ('服務人員態度親切', '櫃檯人員...態度禮貌很專業', '餐廳的人員都很棒'), with an isolated note about a stressed checkout staff member.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised for proximity to the pier, light rail, and attractions ('離碼頭很近', '臨近輕軌站', '交通方便'), making location a standout strength.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are described as spacious with good views, but there are recurring issues with bed firmness/feel and some noise complaints ('床很彈', '床太軟', '隔音不是很好'), yielding a mixed but still positive rating.
Amenities
8.3
Breakfast, snacks, and night-time offerings are praised (including beer and cooked items), and free laundry is noted, but parking constraints and dryer/washer usage issues and the announced cancellation of night snacks lower the score.
Value for Money
9.1
Multiple guests called it '物超所值' and praised the offerings relative to price (clean, convenient, plentiful food/snacks), indicating strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast and night snacks receive frequent positive mentions ('早餐超級好吃', '宵夜好吃', Heineken beer appreciated), though some note the planned cancellation of late-night snacks after September.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall sentiment is very positive with many repeat intentions and strong compliments, tempered by recurring practical issues (parking, noise, some appliance/ laundry frustrations).
