Très décue par la chambre et l'emplacement....loin de la plage.....
Pros:

La personne à l'accueil Effy était très serviable et a fait le maximum pour régler les problèmes que je lui ai signalés.
Malheureusement elle ne pouvait pas modifier la taille et la structure de ma chambre !!!

Cons:

Chambre en face des escaliers !!! Beaucoup trop petite pour être qualifiée de studio !!! J'avais la tête à coté du frigo !!!
Pas de rangement dans la chambre et la salle de bain.
Litterie trop molle et lit qui grince !!!

Piacevole scoperta.
Pros:

Posizione vicina al centro, struttura dotata di comfort (ciabate, asciugacapelli, shampoo e bagnoschiuma riforniti ogni giorno), receptionist gentilissima e disponibile.
La camera viene pulita ogni giorno ed è sempre super pulita e curata.
Giardino esterno bellissimo e super accogliente in ogni momento della giornata.
Parcheggio privato disponibile.

Pros:

Location was perfect. They cleaned our room every day with fresh bed sheets and towels. Great space for a young family and all the staff go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need during your stay.

Tolle Woche im Iris und in Skiathos
Pros:

Efi an der Reception und das ganze Frauenteam ist sehr nett und gibt diesem Haus eine Seele! Der Garten ist hübsch und wir hatten schöne Zimmer zum Garten. Es ist ruhig in der Nacht und auch am Tag und man wohnt zentral. Skiathos-Stadt ist sehr hübsch. Danke für die gute Betreuung Efi und wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es hatte leider im Garten relativ viele Mücken. Der Mückenstecker hat nicht geholfen.

Krásný hotel.
Pros:

Byli jsme nadšeni!
Krásný, velký, čistý pokoj ve 3 patře - mezonet
Nahoře v mezonetu, další záchod a klimatizace.
Každý den uklizeno, klimatizace fungovali jak měli.
Parkoviště prostorné, nebyl problém zaparkovat. Par minut od hlavní “nákupní” ulice. Přesto jsme neslyšeli žádný hluk.
Na balkoně posezení, možnost pověsit plavky, kolíčky.
Dostatek ručníků, šamponu a showergel. Měli jsme fén. Snídaně jsme nevyužili, daji se objednat na pokoj, nebo dolu na terasu.
Pani recepční byla velmi milá, ochotna pomoci, vždy usměvavá. Stejně jako paní uklízečka vždy s úsměvem.

Perfektní, doporučuji.

Cons:

Trosku horsi kuchyňské vybavení. Chybela vařečka, pánev, ostřejší nůž, houbičku na nádobí. ( Tu jsme měli vlastní) Ale my jsme kuchyňku nevyužili.

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Posizione ottima al centro di Skiathos ma lontana dal caos. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Mi ha colpito che nonostante fosse un mini appartamento che le pulizie fossero giornaliere con cambio biancheria, ciabattine e tutti i prodotti per l’igiene.

Cons:

Nella doccia sarebbe comodo un attacco della doccia al muro alto

Pros:

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Ci tenevamo a sottolineare la disponibilità, cortesia e organizzazione dello staff. Dopo il check out ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura e di fare una doccia di rientro dal mare prima di andare in aeroporto!

Cons:

Migliorerei la dimensione del bagno della camera, un po' troppo piccolo.

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura semplice ma deliziosa, appena rinnovata, posizionata proprio nel centro di Skiatos. La camera ha rutto il necessario, la pulizia è giornaliera e il cambio degli asciugamani molto frequente. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. La consiglio vivamente!

It was pleasant.
Pros:

The receptionist, Effy, is super nice, friendly and helpful! The place is close to everything. Restaurants, shops, port and bus stop. Only few minutes walking.
The place looks like it’s all renovated, new and clean.

Cons:

Mattress is a little hard, that’s all!
