Point de chute très intéressant
Pros:

L'ensemble de la structure est très appréciable, très bien située et permet de retrouver du calme après l'agitation du Caire.
On s'y sent bien.

Cons:

J'ai oublié quelque chose dans ma chambre. Ma requête pour récupérer mon bien n'a pas été prise au sérieux.
La procédure me semble légère de la part d'un établissement de ce genre. Peut-être que le staff s'en était déjà approprié et ne savait pas comment faire pour justifier la "disparition" du bien.
Je garde malheureusement un goût amère de cette expérience.
Dommage car tout le reste est impeccable.

Zimmer großzügig

Cons:

Sauberkeit und Zuverlässigkeit des Reinigungspersonals könnte besser sein;
an 2 Abenden hatten wir Hochzeitsfeiern unter unserem Fenster!

Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen, Personal ist freundlich und 4 Restaurants im Hotel.
Pros:

Der direkte Zugang vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist absolut Spitze. Die Zimmer waren schön groß, wobei das Bad leider keine Dusche hatte, sondern nur eine Badewanne. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel hat 4 Restaurants, welche wirklich gut sind.

Cons:

Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel und das Zimmer war zur Poolseite. Hier ist es grundsätzlich auch sehr ruhig. Man hörte vom Flughafen überhaupt nichts. Nachteil ist, dass freitags und samstags Hochzeitfeiern auf der Terrasse stattfinden und daher ein Schlafen vor 23.30 Uhr auf Grund des Lärms nicht möglich ist. Daher am besten ein Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite buchen, falls Hochzeiten stattfinden.

Los precios de los tours son excesivos y resulta incómodo que siempre esperen propina por todo. Da la impresión de que por cada servicio o gesto del personal del hotel hay que pagar extra, lo cual empaña la experiencia y debería corregirse.
