Väga hea asukoht vanalinnas ja jalutamiseks, vaatamisväärsustega tutvumiseks. Parkimine suletud hoovis. Hommikusöök valmistatakse vastavalt kliendi menüü valikule kohapeal. Avar tuba.
Hotell asub vanalinna sissesõidu keelualas ja eelnevalt seda infot ei teadnud. Suurürituste ajal võib asukoht vanalinnas mõjutada liikumist nii auto kui ka ühistranspordiga. Hoov ja parkimiskohad on kitsad - sellega tuleb suurema sõiduki puhul arvestada. Akna alt sõidavad läbi trammid ja autod.
The location is very convenient for those who want to visit the downtow, nevertheless it's in the inner city area which require a pass and there is almost no chance to park.
We were given a room which DID NOT REFLECT THE PICTURES that were shown in the booking. The rooms on the third floor are obviously for one day staying but this doenst mean that the property can fool the Customers with false pictures of rooms depicting really nice rooms and then give less-than-nice lodging. The room has windows no shutters so if you are like me and cannot sleep with light, it is a disaster. Moreover the room is straigh on the Tram line, and all the noises are coming through. The batroom door didnt open properly, hitting the floor, making noise in the night and i was disturbing my partner when using that. Or shouldnt i close the door? The carpets in the entrance are not flat, feet and trolleys are stumbling on it. There was no parking in the property and the cost for one night is more than the room itself. I didnt even complain about the room because i didn't want to waste my time. Answers from the Property saying "We want the best for our Customers, why didnt you ask" will be ignored because if you care for your Customers you do it in advance and not after the complaints. Staff is very nice, the rooms was clean. The room is ok for a 40 eur stay not for a 110+.

Der Safe in unserem Zimmer war nicht befestigt und ganz leicht "mitzunehmen".
Great Hotel location - easy access to great restaurants, bars and city . Weather was warm and the AC was working and removed some the heat, but it didn't cool the room . Overall it was great.
Didn't like the Pillows on the bed.
Trams were noisy if the window was open , but the room a bit stuffy if they were closed.
However - neither of these were big issues.

Sobretodo la ubicación y el tamaño de habitaciones. Los frescos de los techos son originales y eso es muy agradable y bonito.
El día de salida hicimos el check-out unos 20 minutos después de la hora establecida. La recepcionista nos recordó que el check-out era a las 10:00 horas. Como no hubo ningún cargo adicional y el retraso fue pequeño, nos pareció un comentario innecesario que dejó una impresión menos positiva al final de la estancia. Camas incómodas, paredes y mobiliario a renovar.
Нам очень понравилось расположение гостиницы, просто лучше не придумаешь, все близко,в пошаговой доступности.персонал очень приятный и доброжелательный.
Нам дали номер на последнем этаже, это монсарда,т.е. окна в потолке,но это не проблема, проблема, что потолки под углом и низко на столько, что мы с мужем при нашем росте 1,60,ходили на полусогнутых ногах и стукались о потолок. Но в любом случае, это нам не испортило хорошего впечатления о гостинице. Просто в следующий раз, будем просить не последний этаж)))
