The hotel is a beautiful historic building in an excellent location.
There is always someone on reception and the staff we met were friendly.
We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment.
The main issue was our room. We were on the third floor looking out over the main road. Firstly the room was very basic no luxury here. There was not a proper window so we couldn’t let in air or any natural light which I hated! Also there was no full length mirror in our room. The noise from the road outside isn’t the hotels fault but it is just to loud from the people shouting to the trams and cars and this makes it impossible to get a good sleep and a relaxing stay. The cleaning was adequate - they did clean the room everyday but it was a very basic clean no sweeping or if they did it was not done very well.
If you do choose to stay here then don’t book a standard room and try and get one which is located at the back of the hotel which will hopefully be quieter. We stayed for four nights here and would not recommend this hotel or stay there again based on our experience.

Bit noisy due to traffic and the bar was only open between 2pm and 8pm
Very convenient, perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean tidy and comfortable beds.
I had to try hard to find something but there was a slight leak on the glass shower screen when using the shower.
Great hotel great location staff lovely just leave you to come and go as you please but always there if you need anything at any time ! Very traditional hotel very clean with modern bathroom let you leave luggage for as long as you like if you have late flight ! Only thing I would say is if you a light sleeper you can hear the tram outside so maybe request a room at the back of hotel ? We stayed in room 101 it was massive with 2 rooms plenty space and lovely traditional decor ! Tea and coffee in room and a fridge ! I would definitely stay here again location just off main square perfect !

The hotel is minutes from the square, it was very clean, the room was huge.. we stayed in a room for 3 people in 3 single beds, lots of room so we could enjoy as a family.
There was nothing about this hotel and stay i didnt like.
Me gustó todo. Habitación para 3 personas, con 2 habitaciones separadas. Vista a la iglesia y tranvía. Hotel cómodo, decoración estilo palacio con ascensor y personal de recepción amable.
