Günstige Unterkunft mit guter Schibusanbindung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Schifahren am Kitzsteinhorn, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel ist und man nur 2 Haltestellen weit fahren muss.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr deutsch, d.h. es gab sehr dicke Wurstscheiben und regelmäßig Mett, aber keinen Speck oder Bergkäse. Für einen Urlaub in den österreichischen Alpen war das sehr ungewöhnlich.
Das Abendessen war seltsam, da man innerhalb eines 30-Minuten-Timeslots erscheinen musste und es nicht möglich war, vor oder nach dem Essen noch im Speisesaal oder an der Bar bei Getränken zusammenzusitzen. Die Küche war mäßig (Level einer nicht guten Kantine).
Im Wellnessbereich gibt es 2 unbeschriftete Saunen, bei denen von außen kein Unterschied erkennbar ist. In einer davon ist das Thermometer kaputt, in der anderen ist die Sanduhr kaputt. Die Fliesen im Duschbereich lösen sich wegen schlechter Ausführungsqualität ab. Wenn man keinen Aufpreis bezahlen will, muss man die Saunatücher den ganzen Aufenthalt über weiterverwenden. Dazu gab es im Zimmer aber leider zu wenig Möglichkeiten, Sachen zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

Cons:

Abendessen nur zwischen 18.00 Uhr und 18.30 Uhr. Man fühlt sich abgefertigt. Nach 20.00 Uhr ist der Gastraum so gut wie geschlossen. Die Pächterfamilie ist nicht mehr anwesend. Essen eher mittelmäßig. Wenig Österreich wie in der Homepage der Künstleralm angepriesen. Essensausgabe durch den Pächter eher lieblos. Wird alles so schnell wie möglich abgeräumt. Salatbar nicht immer frische Produkte. Frühstück Standardauswahl. Die vor Ort Wahrnehmung entspricht nicht der Darstellung in der Homepage.

Milý personál. Večeře 4 chodové bohaté a výborné, snídaně chudší výběr. Skvělá poloha jen asi 2 minuty autem k lanovce. Možnost koupit skipas.

Majiteľ hotela neriešil problém s nízkou teplotou v izbe aj keď sme ho o to opakovane žiadali.
Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v blízkosti stanice lanovky.

Cons:

Veľmi slabé raňajky, každý deň rovnaké raňajkové menu. V izbe bola nízka teplota, čo značne znížilo komfort ubytovania.
