Clean, modern facilities. Helpful staff. Adjacent to well groomed gardens, and paths along the Red River: River walk has outdoor benches and tables.
Parking lot stalls are too small and tight. Could not park my truck. However, off street parking was provided.

Fresh entry way and incredible views of the river! The location is walking distance to market square, galleries, performance spaces, theatre district, and you can ride the free bikes to the Forks and human rights museum along the river pathways! Great restaurant with incredible views steps from the hotel. Nice room size. We are performers and travel a lot and stay in different locations and this is our “ go to” in Winnipeg. Friendly staff and new bikes to get around on. Boutique vibe, nice design and delicious scent when you walk in the lobby. Great toiletries and comfy beds! Great snacks in the room and decent coffee maker!
I think parking should be included in the cost and the pillows should be upgraded to match the rest of the bedding. Some feather pillows would be more comfortable and luxurious.

Ground level room was lovely. Bed & pillows very cozy with slight views through colored bars to the River...
I stayed here based of it being higher up on the rankings on TA.
It’s very basic. No suites. Stinky hallways. Uncomfortable air conditioning. Very loud ac. Thin walls. Poor construction. Cheap finishes and plastic shower basin.
It’s newer build and clean. Beds not comfortable but not uncomfortable.
Won’t stay agin will try and find better hotel here next time.

The Ac is not working good. No complimentary bottled water provided
It was great overall, except when I tried to check out, the receptionist told me about some things that i did not use and charged me for that, I knew I took water bottle so that’s okay, the chocolate was okay but he added a bag of almonds which I am 100% sure I did not touch now i cannot go back to room to check myself and when i walked in I did now took pictures because who does that so I paid for it anyways, but I felt like he knews he is just making shit up to just charge few more bucks, so it recommend remove any extra item from ur room if you’re not using its cz who knows they would probably add anything they want to add to ur bill or just simply use everything and just give them ur money..
