It was a room with a bed, a glum balcony, and a coffee set up in the bathroom.
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times and enjoy the charm of the old home and decor. I miss the b&b set up.

Cons:

I was not stoked that the coffee station/microwave/ fridge were all in the bathroom… that did not feel sanitary at all. We were also kept up late on both nights due to the neighboring guests. It seemed like a few young children were booked alone in the room next to ours with parents staying elsewhere. They woke in the middle of the night crying for extended periods without anyone checking on them to calm them.

Refrigerator door would not shut completely so ran all the time
Little heater did not work
TV eat the DVD I put in
Wouldn't come out or go in all the way

Nice place, would probably stay there again.
Pros:

Nice off street location so it was reasonably quiet. Nice large room, river view, excellent water pressure.

Cons:

Difficult to find our room--their numbering system for the room numbers is really odd and difficult

Quaint, Quiet, Cozy!
Pros:

Cool place. Quaint. Quiet. Thoughtful amenities. Off the beaten track but easy walks to restaurants and the pier. Had the third floor room.

Cons:

Futon instructions were not very helpful. But finally wrestled it into a bed. Not a big deal!

Kinda funny
Pros:

Short walk to downtown Astoria. Good location. Very quiet. Large bathroom with clawfoot tub.

Cons:

Utensils, plates, and kitchenware all in the bathroom next to toilet. Rodents fighting on back porch. Broken blinds. TV was extremely small, basically unusable. Sex stain on one of the chairs in our room. Ugly decor.

It was okay.
Pros:

The antique furnishings add to ambiance but there is a very old smell that comes with them.
The windows were not clean and the fridge froze my half and half.
The sheets and the bathroom were clean. The location was good too.

Charming, well-appointed, tremendous views with great restaurants nearby.
Pros:

View of harbor from room was amazing. Very roomy, with table and wing-back chairs set up to sit and view the boats on the river. So many details attended to that made the place quaint, homey, and comfortable. Even the dishes were real china from the past.

Cons:

Not a thing.
