Barátságos szálloda.
Pros:

A személyzet kedvessége kiemelkedő, amivel otthonossá, barátságossá varázsolják a szállodát. A vacsora nagyon finom volt, s a szállodai szoba mérete nagyon kényelmes, különösen tetszett a bekészített ásványvíz, tea és kávé.

Welcoming and friendly stay with helpful staff.
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. My family of 2 adults and 2 children all slept very well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent!

6 nap aktív nyaralás
Pros:

2 fiatal felnőtt gyermekünkkel töltöttünk el 6 napot egy 2 szobás, 2 fürdőszobás , klimatizált családi lakosztályban. A szobák tiszták, tágasak, kellemes dizájnnal berendezettek. Az ágyak kényelmesek, az ágynemű minőségi. A reggeli bőséges választékot kínál a sós, édes, hideg, meleg ételek számtalan variációjával. Zöldségek, gyümölcsök szintén bőséges választékban. Az édesszájú vendégek kedvence a saját maguk számára, frissen elkészíthető gofri.
Az italok is bőséges választékban voltak megtalálhatók. Teák, kávé specialitások (frissen őrlő kávégéppel), gyümölcslevek mindenféle varacióra.
Az étterem egész nap rendelkezésre áll. Déltől az a'la carte étlap választékait kínálják. A kiválasztott ételt külön kívánság szerint egyéni ízlésre is alakítják. Az árak a szálloda besorolásához képest barátiak.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.
Nekünk szerencsénk volt a tulajdonos (vagy vezető) hölggyel is találkoznunk egy ebéd alkalmával, aki odajött az asztalunkhoz, kedvesen üdvözölt minket, illetve személyesen érdeklődött, hogy mindent rendben találunk-e.
A szálloda mellett van egy csemege bolt, illetve pár száz méterre van a vonat állomás, de a szobák hangszigetelésére való tekintettel az utcazaj egyáltalán nem hallható.
A sóbánya gyalog is megközelíthető, de kocsival is könnyen talál az ember minimális áron parkolót.
Krakkó 11 km-re van, de az útfelújítások és a nyári forgalom miatt mi 40 perc alatt jutottunk be, ráadásul parkolóhelyet is nagyon nehéz volt találni.
Legközelebb a vonatos megoldást választottuk. 4 felnőttre 30 zlotyi volt a jegy és csodálatosan tiszta, klimatizált vonattal 22 perc alatt a belvárosban voltunk.
Összességében maximálisan elégedettek voltunk a szállással, az étkezéssel, a vendéglatással, a kiszolgálassal és a környékkel is!
Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom!

Cons:

Klausztrofóbiásként eleinte kissé ijesztő volt számomra, hogy az ablakok nem nyithatók, főleg, hogy alapból nyitott ablaknál alszok. Szellőzőrendszer biztosítja a levegő áramlását. Mivel a rendszer érezhetően működik, így nem okozott semmilyen problémát az ott töltött idő alatt.

A szoba nagyon kényelmesek volt, a mérete is igazán megfelelő. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A szoba tisztasága is megfelelt. Finom volt a reggeli, és az étteremben is finom és elegendő ételt kaptunk.

Cons:

Az étterembe több étel és ital nem volt, ami az étlapon szerepelt. A wellnesst nem látogattuk, mert textilmentes volt, ez nekünk nem felel meg.
