Overall the hotel rooms are fine, breakfast good (IF it would be provided, as agreed, see below)

Cons:

As I had two nights stay with breakfast included, due to early departure (before regular breakfast time) it was agreed that at my check out day early in the morning - some basic lunchbox will be prepared. Request was filed in writing, accepted by the staff at reception, then in the evening before my departure early next morning - reception was reminded not to forget the the lunchbox and hotel staff confirmed to me not to worry, no need to buy any snacks by myself. However, then at 4 am in the morning - nothing was prepared, no lunchbox, no options to buy anything elsewhere at that time.

Jedyne co to lokalizacja blisko sklepu

Po pierwsze Strefa Spa , pomijając że jest bez tekstylna , to Pani z obsługi poinformowała nas , że woda w Jacuzzi jest ZIMNA. Miało to na celu relaks i ochłodzenie ciała po saunie . Wedle hotelu jest to prozdrowotne. Wedle Sanepidu nie koniecznie. Ja saun nie lubię za to jacuzzi jest dla mnie odpowiednie no , ale można tylko siedzieć tam w zimnej wodzie. Umówiłam się masaż, który został odwołany dosłownie kilka minut przed.
Druga kwestia brud , zasłona w białej nie wiem do końca czym , kontakty zakurzone , za łóżkiem pełno papierków, a kołdra w żółtej plamnie. Materac koleżanki podobnie. Nie da się otworzyć okna , a klimatyzacja nie działa.
Hotel chwali się SPA i 4 gwiazdkami a ja uważam , że nie zasługuje na 2.

Супер готель, вартий 5 зірок.
Pros:

Дуже гарний готель. Просторі і сучасні номери. Дуже привітний персонал. Смачна кухня в ресторані. Все дуже достойно. Шкода не випала нагода потрапити СПА 😂 Але іншим разом обовʼязково скористаюсь. Буду всім радити ваш готель.

Cons:

Було чисто, але в кутках могло би бути чистіше. Але це не критично і не зіпсувало враження. Це просто трішки критики якщо прискіпуватись. 😃

było fajnie, wrócę żeby sprawdzić czy dopracowali na ocenę "extra" ;)
Pros:

Lokalizacja, chociaż na pierwsze wrażenie była negatywna (sklep, ruchliwa ulica, przystanek PKP) to okazało się że jest bardzo fajna i jest atutem. Blisko do miasta i super połączenie PKP z Krakowem.

Wyciszenie pokoi, jedno z najlepszych jakie w swym hotelowym życiu spotkałem - żadnych odgłosów z ulicy i z sąsiednich pokoi czy korytarza.

Duże pokoje, praktycznie urządzone z łóżkami, kanapą i dużym biurkiem + praktyczne miejsce na walizkę.
Fajnie urządzona restauracja.

Strefa SPA (fajnie że jest) i masaże - bardzo dobre, super obsługa.

Cons:

Trzeba dopracować komunikację. Trzy z 5 dni pobytu naprawiano nam klimatyzację w pokoju "zresetowałem będzie OK proszę zaczekać" "już nasz administrator naprawił będzie działać" "przepraszamy była ustawiona na grzanie teraz przestawiliśmy na auto, będzie działać" - na trzeci dzień wymieniono nam pokój.

Strefa SPA po jednej małej saunie: parowej, suchej + jacuzzi i trzy leżaki - podczas korzystania w godzinach szczytu jest ciasno

Powtarzalność restauracji, kelner pochwalony że jednego dnia podał mi jedną z najlepszych bruschett jakie jadłem (na chrupiących trzech fajnych grzankach, z sosem, fajne pomidory i idealne proporcje - serio dawno takiej nie jadłem w lokalu) dwa dni później spodziewając się tego samego dostałem pomidory pokrojone w kostkę na kromkach z pieczywa tostowego :(

Na dole zamiast małej pustej sali przed wejściem do SPA fajnie by było zrobić siłownię.
