Pros:

Ευρύχωρο, ανανεωμένο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο δωμάτιο. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Σε πολύ καλό σημείο για περιήγηση στην παλιά πόλη. Ευγενής, πρόθυμος για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία ιδιοκτήτης. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Perfecte accommodatie voor in Chania!
Pros:

De locatie was echt perfect! 1 minuut van de haven, maar wel in een wat rustigere straat, super fijn. De gastheer was ontzettend vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het appartement was niet helemaal schoon. Het water in de douche liep daarnaast slecht weg.

Superb hospitality
Pros:

Located in the old town of Chania, although there were plenty of cafés and restaurants in the neighbourhoods, it was very quiet, and we had a lovely stay. The owner, Stavros, was also very kind and shared lots of useful information with us. TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning were working very well.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything in particular.

The property was in a great location, right in the city centre, which made it very convenient for exploring the area.

Cons:

Since the room was located on the ground floor, there was quite a lot of humidity and noise throughout the day and at all hours.

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Veneta
Pros:

Location was amazing - both a close walk to public parking areas and in the heart of the charming Old Venetian Port area, an easy walk to everything. Our balcony had a lovely view to the sea and the pedestrian only cobblestone alleyway below. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable - plus the AC worked amazingly. Stavros, the owner was extremely helpful providing recommendations for sightseeing, eateries, shopping, anything we asked about. It was wonderful to have the insight of a local who clearly loves his home. On checkout day Stavros was gracious enough to hold our bags too while we made the most of the remainder of our time in this charming little town. We definitely want to come back and when we do, we'd love to stay at Casa Veneta again!

Cons:

This was not a problem for us - but just a note that there are no elevators to the upper floors. We needed the exercise after over eating all the delicious Greek food anyway :D

Pros:

L'accueil était incroyable et le gérant est adorable et très attentif. J'avais réservé pour mes parents qui ne parlent pas anglais et ce sont eux qui ont séjourné, et le gérant a fait tout son possible pour communiquer avec eux et les accueillir au mieux malgré le fait qu'il ne parle pas français, en les aidant avec Google Traduction et on leur donnant pleins de conseils et recommandations. Il a aussi pris le temps de communiquer avec moi par message pour que je fasse l'intermédiaire pendant leur séjour. Leur séjour s'est déroulé à merveille et mes parents étaient les plus heureux.

Suba para uma vista incrível!
Pros:

VISTA! O quarto número 9 (apenas) tem uma varanda com vista para o mar e encostada na antiga muralha da cidade. Uma visão linda do céu do pôr-do-sol. Stavros é muito gentil e receptivo. O layout do quarto é bom e facilita a circulação. O chuveiro é ótimo, bom secador (o melhor da viagem). A localização é perfeita, perto do maior cartão postal, restaurantes, bares, etc.

Cons:

A camareira precisa mudar. Uma senhora mal-educada que exatamente na hora do checkout socou a porta e literalmente nos expulsou com muita rispidez enquanto fechávamos a última mala. Além disso, se você não tem pernas fortes terá dificuldades em subir 4 andares (que valem a pena)

Lovely, clean apartment in a fantastic location
Pros:

- Very well located. In the old town but so close to the water as well. A lot of great restaurants nearby and it was well located as a home base to explore the island
- The room was a great size, very clean, the air conditioning worked well. The view was also amazing!
- Stavros & George were so friendly and helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were incredible and we loved having a brief chat with them each morning on our way out

Cons:

- The parking lot was full one of the days. There is paid parking and street parking as an alternative but just a heads up!

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, man ist mitten in der Altstadt und im Geschehen. Auch Nea Chora ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, schöner Stadtstrand und tolle Tavernen (und kein Massentourismus wie im venezianischen Hafen!).
Stavros ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns bereits vor und während unseres Aufenthalts mit vielen Informationen versorgt. Insbesondere zur Parksituation hilfreich, da die Unterkunft in einer autofreien Zone liegt.
Wir können die Casa Veneta in jedem Fall empfehlen

Cons:

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Für mehr als 3-4 Nächte hätte uns ein richtiger Kleiderschrank gefehlt
