Decepcionante

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal de limpieza y la limpieza del lugar.

Cons:

Varias cosas, en primer lugar fue decepcionante porque no está a la altura de la categoría que dice estar, o sea 4 estrellas. A lo sumo es 2 estrellas, ya que cumple con lo básico. Pero las habitaciones no eran amplias, el baño perdía agua y la calidad de la infraestructura tampoco es buena. El bufet del desayuno dejaba muchísimo que desear y ni hablemos del restaurante del hotel, muy baja calidad de comida.
El spa es totalmente independiente del hotel y privado. Las instalaciones de la piscina y gimnasio descuidadas y viejas.
El hall principal pequeño, los sillones súper vencidos y gastados. El personal que atiende en el lobby es amable pero desalineados.
Respecto a la habitación, las ventanas parecen de papel, no tenía vidrio doble, se escuchaba las conversaciones de la calle como si estuviesen al lado nuestro y eso que estábamos en el 6to piso.

Excelente atención del recepcionista. Muy buena la cochera que esta incluida. Excelentes instalaciones. Habitación amplia. Nos dejaron quedarnos en recepción a esperar que nos busquen.

Cons:

En el desayuno no había leche deslactosada.

La ubicación y la disponibilidad de garaje. El desayuno estaba bien.

Cons:

Que cobren el agua que dejan en la.nevera; que el dispensador del gel de ducha funcione tan mal y que algún personal de recepción no se esmere un poco más en informar al viajero: preguntamos por una peña, nos informaron que estaba abierta y no era así. El taxista que nos llevó nos volvió a traer. Una pena en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Se hubiera evitado con una simple llamada de teléfono.

Tienen muy buena atencion. La ubicación es cómoda al estar cerca del centro.
Pros:

la habitación es amplia, las camas cómodas. La piscina es linda y con la vista que tiene, mucho mejor!
el personal muy amable, siempre predispuestos y buena onda.

Cons:

El desayuno no era muy variado. El gimnasio bastante descuidado. Al servicio de spa, le falta personal, no tienen variedad de horarios para elegir. Este fue una de las causas por la que elegí el hotel y no pude usarlo.
