Pros:

They really thought about everything. The service, food, skiing, spa facilities, and the rooftop hot pools with the view were all absolutely top-notch.

Fantastic week away
Pros:

The food was excellent. The afternoon buffet was more like an extra meal so half-board was really full board. The bedrooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The staff were all friendly and most spoke English well. The ski shop is directly below the hotel and, again, the staff there were knowledgeable and friendly. The infinity pool and indoor pool, the sauna and spa were rarely crowded and made a good end to each day. Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Would have liked the ski lockers to have a lock. Occasionally found our ski locker door open though nothing was taken away. The upper spa area was partly for nude bathing which didn't suit us.
Small gripe was that nearly €7 for a jug of tap water made drinks round the table costly for evening meals. The resort itself is quite isolated on days when a “white out” prevented skiing - as the bus didn’t run and lifts to main road stopped - couldn’t go to nearby places. That’s not the hotel’s fault though.

Definitely would love to return here again.
Pros:

Everything was just great. Lovely breakfast buffet, great location and an amazing spa area. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The only thing I noticed that one of the power sockets in the bathroom had a small metal pin inside one of the holes probably left by a previous customer. It was no big issues and staff fixed it within an hour after letting them know.
