Good hotel with quality breakfast and good service. The facilities could be more modern.
Pros:

Mücahit was very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. He made our stay more comfortable with his positive attitude and excellent service.

betten waren sehr konform. zimmer sauber. duschrinnen war verstopft. personal freundlich. frühstück ok. (für 4* ist mehr zu erwarten).

Cons:

spa war in angebot und in preis inbegriffen: nun, habe ich vor ort erst erfahren, dass man pro tag nur für 30 min sauna benutzen darf. damfbad war aus. spa wird von eine externen firma (koru?) betrieben.

Завтрак неплохой для такого уровня отеля. Заселили раньше 14:00, хотя по правилам заселение с 14:00.

Cons:

В номере было очень душно и жарко, и это в 0 градусов на улице. При этом батареи не работали. Пришлось включить кондиционер, который в общем-то тоже не сильно помогал. Персонал не особо приветливый, девушка на ресепшене просто взяла оплату, не рассказав ничего ни об услугах отеля, ни о чем, пыталась общаться с нами по-турецки, хотя очевидно, что мы иностранцы.
