Bademantel gegen Gebühr obwohl es in der Sauna keine Umkleidekabine und Aufbewahrungskästchen für das Gewand gibt.
Öffnungszeiten im Fitnessstudio erst ab 06:00 Uhr, da haben andere Hotels bereits ab 05:00 Uhr offen

Lage: Top. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof
Personal sehr freundlich, habe auch Nachfrage sofort kostenlosen Bademantel bekommen. Check in ok: viele sehr junge Damen, die teilweise noch in Ausbildung sind. Können nicht mit Kritik umgehen. Habe die Antwort bekommen: dafür können wir nichts. Naja, aber ich als Gast halt auch nicht.

Barpersonal sehr freundlich.

Kleiner Saunabereich, nett gemacht, leider nur mit einer Trockensauna und Infrarotkabine. Mehr nicht. Hatte Glück, wir waren nur zu zweit. Sonst ginge das bei einem Hotel dieser Größe gar nicht.

Cons:

Zimmer ging auf einen schäbigen Innenhof. Morgens ab 6.00 Uhr war es trotz Ohrstöpseln mit dem Schlaf leider, aufgrund von Lärm, vorbei. Entweder wurden die Mülltonnen, auf die man schaut, abgeholt oder es wurde etwas anderes geladen.

Das Internet ging ab ca. 21 Uhr bis zum nächsten Tag nicht. Ärgerlich, wenn man noch zu arbeiten hat.
Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir, das das im ganzen Hotel ausgefallen sei, man an der Lösung arbeite.

Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung, sauber und gemütlich, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre, wir waren schon oft dort und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Very clean and nice room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

It was unfortunate to find out the room comes without anything - not even a kettle to prepare your own coffee, or a mini fridge to store some things. You have to pay extra to get a mini fridge.

Jó ár-érték arányú, egyszerű szállás.
Pros:

Közel van a főpályaudvarhoz, a metróhoz. Van lift. Csendes. Nagyon készséges, kedves a személyzet.

Cons:

Kétszemélyes szobában jó lett volna, ha lett volna két szék. Tollallergiásként az első éjszaka kellemetlen volt a tollpárnák miatt. Szerencsére azt másnap reggel nagyon gyorsan kicserélték.
