Pros:

Cercanía estación central tren de Viena. Desayunos. Habitación amplia. Buena ducha.

Ein sehr gutes Stadthotel, in dem man sich wohl fühlt!
Pros:

Die trotz der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes ruhige und verkehrstechnisch günstige Lage (Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur ca 150 m) entfernt; die gut ausgestatteten Zimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum, das reichhaltige Frühstück, auch mit einer veganen Ecke und einem Kaffeeautomaten, mit dem man auch Kaffee mit Pflanzenmilch zubereiten kann, und das sehr freundliche Personal. Für das Frühstücksbuffet würde ich noch - aus Eigeninteresse - eine kleine glutenfreie Ecke mit ein paar abgepackten Produkten (z.B. Knäckebrot, Toastbrot, Müsli, Kekse, Muffins) anregen, wobei es schon derzeit so ist, dass man auf Nachfragen glutenfreies Gepäck und auch Pflanzenmilch bekommt.

Would definitely stay here again, polite and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location from the train station. Fantastic foyer area. This is an extremely relaxing area at the start or end of the day, with comfortable seats and a unique design. All staff I encountered were very friendly and polite. A very comfortable room too.

Cons:

I wish it was closer to the centre, however proximity to the train station is excellent.

Praktisch, funktional, nett
Pros:

Praktische Lage, geräumiges, funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer, Badezimmer gut geplant. Zimmer Größe nicht beengend, Design nüchtern aber harmonisch, Ablagemoeglichkeiten, angenehm funktionierende Klimatisierung, ruhige Umgebung

Assolutamente consigliato!
Pros:

Struttura nel complesso carina, camera abbastanza pulita con ampia doccia, personale disponibile e gentile, colazione variegata tra dolce e salato, frutta, diverse tipologie di pane, cibi vegani. Bar sempre aperto sino all'una di notte, ma la cucina credo chiuda alle 22 (non ne abbiamo usufruito). La struttura è a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti dalla metro linea 1, è stato molto comodo per i nostri spostamenti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate bene, penso che potrebbe essere di nuovo una nostra scelta per i prossimi viaggi a Vienna.

Cons:

Asciugamani molto piccoli, solo due perché non hanno il bidet. Il wc è in un piccolo tugurio all'entrata della stanza, non adatto ai claustrofobici, senza lavandino (abbiamo dovuto fare scorta di salviette in un piccolo market a pochi passi dall'hotel), non esiste un vero bagno ma una zona aperta con doccia abbastanza riservata e un lavandino, separate da una porta a vetri verso i letti e l'altro lato aperto con uno specchio di fronte al bagno, davvero poca privacy se si viaggia con la propria figlia 18enne. I cuscini sono troppo morbidi, per dormire li abbiamo dovuti piegare in due e anche così erano davvero scomodi. Nel complesso sono problemi superabili visto che i pregi superano i difetti e come ho detto la consiglierei comunque, ma è giusto che si sappia prima di scegliere questa struttura.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the space. This was a very clean hotel in excellent condition.
Everything was good and super convenient for travelers. I liked the bed, bathroom and the entire room layout. I also appreciated having multiple elevators in such a large hotel without having to wait. I would stay here again.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the shades on the top floor allowed all the sunlight to come in. It was very bright early in the morning. It’s not a problem if you have an eye mask.

Pros:

Daha önce kaldığımız bir oteldi. Bu yıl şehre tekrar yolumuz düştüğünde konumu ve fiyat performans özellikleri nedeniyle tercih ettik. Tren garına çok yakın olması ulaşım açısından bir avantaj. Çok yakında bir market olması da diğer bir tercih sebebi. Ayrıca yakında bulunan Favoritenstrasse alışveriş ve gezinti imkanı sunuyor.

Cons:

Personel oldukça soğuk ve mesafeli. Geçen yılki ziyaretimiz nedeniyle tekrar hoş geldiniz şeklinde güleryüzlü bir karşılama beklerdim ama olmadı. Büyükçe bir odada dört kişi konakladık. İkinci bir sandalye istediğimde olumsuz cevap aldım. Nedeni bile açıklanmadı.

Great hotel near station and city center.
Pros:

Great hotel with cosy inner garden and nice lounge, good bio-based breakfast. Room was clean and big enough for 4pax. Friendly staff, 200m distance to main station and local shops and acceptable walking distance to city center.
