Zentrale Lage und leckeres Frühstück
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Gehdistanz von wenigen Minuten zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer überzeugen in ihrem modernen und schlichten Design. Das Frühstückbuffet ist hervorragend und bietet viel Auswahl an herzhaften und süssen Speisen - natürlich auch österreiche Spezialitäten wie Kaiserschmarn mit Zwetschgen-Röster.

Cons:

Das Gym ist etwas klein und schlecht gewartet, aber für ein kurzes Workout mit Kurzhanteln reicht es. Ein Wasserkocher/Kettle im Zimmer fehlt definitiv.

La camera molto silenziosa affacciata sul cortile interno. Un applauso alle signore delle pulizie che addirittura ripiegano gli indumenti e che sono efficienti e discrete. Vicinanza alla stazione

meine erste Hotelbewertung (und ich war schon bei vielen) diese aber schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus
Pros:

Teilweise war das Rezeptionspersonal hilfsbereit und machte einen netten Eindruck, relativ gute Lage

Cons:

Ein absolut untragbares Erlebnis – so etwas habe ich in einem Wellnessbereich noch nie erlebt.
Eine Mitarbeiterin aus dem Rezeptionsbereich rasiert sich in aller Seelenruhe die Beine in der einzigen Dusche des Spas und blockiert damit die komplette Nutzung für Gäste. Hygiene? Fehlanzeige. Rücksicht? Offenbar ein Fremdwort.
Der Wellnessbereich war dadurch faktisch nicht nutzbar – eine angemessene Entschädigung? Null. Stattdessen wird man vom Servicepersonal herablassend behandelt und aus der Gastronomie regelrecht hinausgedrängt. Das Auftreten war arrogant, respektlos und völlig unangemessen.
Als „Lösung“ gab es einen Gutschein für ein kleines Getränk – das wirkte eher wie Hohn als wie ernst gemeinte Wiedergutmachung.
Fazit: Massive hygienische Missstände, katastrophaler Service und ein Umgang mit Gästen, der in dieser Form einfach nicht akzeptabel ist. Wer Wert auf Qualität, Sauberkeit und respektvolle Behandlung legt, sollte dieses Haus dringend meiden.

Great base for exploring all that Vienna has to offer!
Pros:

Fab hotel, super clean, modern and well designed with helpful staff. Lovely Lokal restaurant located in the lobby and other good eating spots around the corner. Short walking distance from main train station and other transport links. Would thoroughly recommend.
