旅の目的としていた温泉施設、飲食店にも近く、飲食街では複数の地域猫にも会えてとても癒され満足でした。
Pros:

駅からも徒歩で適度な距離、ホテル前が北浜公園で解放感がありヨットハーバー大分方向の山も良い感じてあった。フロントにいるギリシャリクガメも可愛い、スタッフも皆笑顔で感じが良く風呂の解放時間も長くてよかった。大規模ホテルでは感じられないアットホーム的なところにも好感が持てました。

Cons:

喫煙部屋が無かった、しかし北浜公園を望むオープンスペースの喫煙場所には椅子もありゆっくりと喫煙できました時節柄仕方がないですね、灰皿の調子がいまいちだったのが唯一の問題でした。

各所の説明書きがイラスト付きでニッコリしてしまう。
笑っちゃう！

従業員の方は皆さん、笑顔が素敵で、しっかり挨拶してもらえて、気持ち良かった。

Cons:

屋上の露天風呂で表面の排水がイマイチを感じた。残念。

Good value and comfort stay
Pros:

My second time in this hotel. Great location and friendly staffs.
In particular love the rooftop onsen and the lounge where you can listen to a Vinyl record or two. Very relaxing after going to the onsen.

Pros:

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Very nice view from the onsen. Central location, just next to the intercity bus station.

Cons:

The blankets were too warm. Need to provide a lighter alternative as well.

Great location and lovely breakfast
Pros:

The hotel location was good, walking distance from the train station and close to the water for morning walks. The bus stops were close by for a visit to 7 hells.
Breakfast was lovely and the staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel's onsen is split between 2 floors, indoor on 10th floor, outdoor on the 11th, so it was an inconvenience to switch between the two, but not a big deal.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Located quite nearbt the bus stop from the airport, The room was much bigger than we used to see here in Japan, the breakfast was tasty and almost in the western style. The beds were firm and comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioner remote control has no translation , was white difficult to use it.
