Very Positive Experience

Omari was an excellent Vehicle attendant! who went above and beyond to assist us in finding parking for our vehicle. We need more workers like him.

He helped with our CarPlay and gave us recommendations and promptly brought our car to us. Very very personable!

Omari is wonderful, very thoughtful and helpful. Also very informative of things to see and do! The desk clerks were also very nice and Omari is very patient!

Pros:

This location is in the middle of Vanderbilt. The valet staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave recommendations on food and quickly responded to requests for the vehicle. Omari was great to work with during check out.

J'ai aimé la chambre dans son ensemble et le fait que l'hôtel soit bien situé, au calme, et sécurisé. Il y avait des prises électriques partout, ce qui évite d'en chercher

Je n'ai pas aimé l'air conditionné dans la chambre qui souffle en permanence. Egalement le fait qu'il n'y avait pas possibilité de se restaurer le soir et le midi. Le personnel à l'accueil était bien sans plus

Restroom large clean and excellent water pressure

Breakfast buffet was good plenty of options
Plenty of lighting within the room
