The kitchen and refrigerator
The price, the cleanliness, the size, the noise, the pool was not clean
Me and my family were harassed during breakfast by the cooked. They snatched food from me and My Kids and I would never be back to this location again and don’t recommend it to anyone.
Loved the room. The beds were so comfortable. We loved that the tvs said welcome with our name. Room was very clean.
Not a lot of fast foods in walking distance. Maybe a shuttle bus to stadium for events.
The location of the hotel was very convenient for the activity we were there for. The breakfast was typical. I did sort of like the response time of the staff to try to correct the problem that we had with our room. Much appreciated.
I didn’t like that our first room was not cleaned properly for the Hilton Brand I expected more. When we first entered the room it smelled like someone had used the bathroom and sprayed air freshener to hide the smell throughout the room. The beds were not cleaned properly one bed had crumbs and a crusty remnant on it. The other had maybe lipstick or blood on the covers. The bathroom tub had hair on the wall and in the tub. The toilet seat had a stain on it that was not cleaned. In the kitchen area, the refrigerator door seal was off the door frame. They had a piece of grape underneath the table and floor was not swept properly. The room was not vacuumed properly. The carpet still had crumbs in the bedroom area. I called the front desk and the had the manager come to the room. I showed him everything I had mentioned and was told that the hotel was booked up. I have worked for the hotel industry and I expected more for the brand regardless if I made the reservation through a third party site or called the hotel directly all rooms should be cleaned properly and expected for quality of service to all customers. It took a bit of time but the manager gave us a different room on a different floor. It was better but having travelled 11 hours by car it was disappointing to have checked in to an inconvenient circumstance. Let’s get it right the first time.
Friendly staff and great breakfast.
The hotel cost us with fees and taxes $900.00 for two nights.
The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioner in the sleeping area was very loud and stunk really bad each time it came on.

I always travel with minimum of at least 3 people. I choose/book AND PAY for the travel accommodations for my work/traveler companions on every trip.
I knew when I was booking THIS Hilton hotel that I was taking my chances as I've stayed at this particular Homewood Suites location a few times before and *each* time there was an issue with my 3 rooms. Not what I booked/confirmed. Note: it's a FRANCHISE hotel.
Incredibly disappointed because it's not a one off bad experience here. It's been multiple times. That's on me. I won't stay here again. Sharing my experience with my fellow business community as we rely on each other to help route our travel and our budgets.

I loved the location. It was perfect. We walked to dinner almost every night. I thought the staff were extremely friendly. I liked the breakfast in the morning. The overall hotel was cleanly. I received a text upon arriving if everything was ok and if we needed anything. If we did need something for example, additional bath towels they arrived yo our room in a very short amount of time. So very accommodating.
Our freezer in our room made a horrible sound on and off. We would have to open the freezer and hit the back of freezer to stop making noise. It did it during the night as well. Not sure what we could have done to rectify that. Also, I’m very surprised as to the way the children that came in on Friday evening I’m assuming for a soccer thing possibly were allowed to run through the hotel halls, the lobby area which we had enjoyed up until that evening was taken over by the group. The children were running through the lobby area and had a speaker with loud music going. I really didn’t think it was fair for the other guests that may have wanted to enjoy the area as well.

Check in was not at 3. If they have all rooms booked the night before look at getting there at 4:30. Your room MIGHT be ready then.
Front desk staff was helping with room turnover for cleaning.
