Every member of the staff at the hotel made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived until I left. From Sneha who greeted me each morning and kept my room comfortable and clean to the servers in the market who remembered I preferred sparkling water instead of still. The team at this hotel make you feel like you are part of their family.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights with my colleagues for business. My romm number was 917 stayed there 19-22 July 2026. My new purchased parfume Byredo Bal d'afrique 100 ml bottle and real pearl necklace was stolen in the morning of 22 July while I was having my breakfast in the restaurant. When I contacted hotel, they told me they will investigate the case. I asked to contact to the hotel manager, they said he is not available and asked him to to call me back , no calls so far. Only contact from hotel is Loss Prevention dept and each time another guy telling me stories...

This was our second time. Service remains top notch. Food quality also excellent. Special shout out to Lavit Dua at the exec lounge who took such good care of us and went above and beyond. Also to the other staff at the lounge and to Shubhangi (hope I got the name right) at breakfast.
Some small things can be improved which will go a long way for a superior experience. For example, no indication or banner anywhere that there's a dance performance three days a week. Our room was missing a shower gel (we didn't realize it until we saw it in the other room we had booked). Some of the furniture in the common areas by the lobby are not very comfortable. And not sure whether the roof top bar is operational?
I have to Thank the Banquet team at Ritz for their amazing service and support. I am an Event manager and we recently organized events for our clients at the property.
