I stayed at The Ritz as part of a corporate event. I was quite excited to stay at one of the heritage hotels of Bangalore but was quite disappointed. It is located in the heart of Bangalore, close to Lavelle Road & UB city, with all major attractions nearby. The breakfast spread was large, the rooms were large and comfortable made in old luxury style. However, the good parts end there. The food served as part of the event was quite average, even bland. I was quite disappointed by the hospitality at such a premier hotel. The entire hotel staff seemed to treat people from the corporate event like cattle. They were all snobbish to a degree that is not at all expected from a chain known for luxury. I mistakenly entered the ritz club instead of the lobby lounge and felt the entire staff judge me from top to bottom. Have never felt so unwelcome. The reception staff was so unattentive, they were only interested in serving their clients from outside India. When I requested the reception to retrieve my luggage from the concierge, they actually told me to go to another floor and get it myself. I had to explicitly tell them that they need to get it for me. I have stayed in flagship properties around the world and can say this is not worth spending your money. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, I don’t think I’m going to choose a Ritz again, specially in India. Someone needs to train the staff and tell them that they are not the ones defining the “luxury” narrative but the people who choose to stay there are.
I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, the amenities were excellent, and everything I needed was easily available. The hotel was also peaceful with very low noise levels, which made the stay relaxing.
A special mention to Abhay, who handled my check-in. He was very professional, polite, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. The cleanliness, amenities, peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding service made my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hotel Ritz Bengalure, great atmosphere, toom was great had alot of space and value was fair. Room service was fantastic and room was cleaned everyday, shoutout to Kimi for keeping the room very clean.
Location is great. Ambience is excellent. Superb rooms and amenities. Lovely staff. Specific mention for Ms. Damini ( House Keeping Manager). She is exceptional in her work. Great food. 5 Restuarants, all are good. Taste is excellent. Would recommend others to surely be a part of this journey. Lovely return gift too on departure.
Ayan and Hlui were so kind and kind and each day checking in if anything was needed. I only have great things to say about the whole staff and really made the experience make me feel at home. The hospitality is second to none. They went above and beyond to write notes, remember what I liked at breakfast time, check in about laundry and were ready to assist if I needed anything else. I bought gifts at the jewelry store and got the bottles of the lotion/shampoo/conditioner since I loved using them so much during my stay. Thank you so much to everyone.
I've stayed at so many five-star luxury hotels, and none compare to the service I had here at Ritz Bangalore. The staff genuinely care, and you can feel it.
At most other hotels, issues like noise, cleanliness, or poor service are simply shrugged off with no effort to fix them, and often barely even an apology. The Ritz was the opposite. There were a few hiccups during my stay, but each was remedied quickly and graciously. Every concern I raised was handled promptly and with real care.
The staff went above and beyond in both service and attentiveness. I was regularly checked on by several staff at breakfast and by various managers throughout my stay. On several occasions they gifted a complimentary dessert tray and roses to my room, thoughtful touches that made the stay feel truly special. I originally planned to stay about five days and ended up staying for a month.
The dining was equally impressive. I tried every restaurant, and all of the food was amazing. Zarqash, the Indian restaurant, served elevated dishes with unique spices and flavors. The breakfast buffet had an incredible selection of Indian, Asian, and Western options every morning. As a vegan, I was met with real care, the chefs regularly offered to prepare special dishes for me, and the regular menu already offered extensive veg options. They even remembered my usual breakfast coffee order and had it ready for me.
Highly recommended for anyone who values a hotel that actually listens and cares about their customers. I will be coming back

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Chef Arnav. He is an extraordinary chef, but an even more extraordinary human being. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine care elevated our entire experience.
I was travelling with my 7-year-old son and my 60-year-old mother, each with different dietary requirements. Chef Arnav took the time to understand our preferences and lovingly customized Jain meals for my son and mother. Knowing that I follow a clean fat-loss diet, he thoughtfully prepared healthy meals for me throughout our four-night stay without ever compromising on taste or presentation.
What touched me most was that none of this felt like an obligation. Every meal reflected care, kindness, and an eagerness to make us feel comfortable. In a world where hospitality is often measured by luxury, Chef Arnav reminded us that true hospitality is measured by compassion.
My sincere appreciation also goes to Antara and the entire kitchen and restaurant team. Every interaction was warm, gracious, and thoughtful. Together, you created an atmosphere where we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. By the end of our stay, The Ritz-Carlton didn’t just feel like a luxury hotel - it truly felt like our home away from home.
