Fantastic rooms , very luxurious and and impeccably well done with the design and architecture in the rooms and the hotel.
Amazing SPA facilities with a nice pool and amazing wet facilities.
All the housekeeping and resturant staff at breakfast are all excellent and were very attentive to our needs at all times. We were well taken care of all the time.
The bathroom is beautifully designed and the bath salts were a nice touch!
I will definitely stay here again.
The staff at reception can be a little more friendly and courteous during check-in and check-out
I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton around the world and it's the first time I saw the check-in and check out process was not a pleasant one.
I specifically instructed the check-in staff that I would like the deposit hold amount to be on a specific credit card and then during checkout I would like to use another credit card to make the actual payment and then I had decided to extend my stay for another day and the receptionist closed the booking and settled the bill with the card that was used as the hold card.
I find it very inconvenient that everytime you leave the hotel and come back in you need to pass through a metal detector and have to keep x-raying your belongings.
The toiletries can be improved for the standard of Ritz Carlton.

I had an excellent experience at the Japanese restaurant inside of the Ritz Carlton Carlton in Bangalore. I am vegan, and sometimes I worry that a restaurant may not have accommodations for me. Chef Deep made for me multiple delicious dishes. He even found me a fantastic vegan dessert. Rochill made me an amazing old-fashioned. My server was Iku, who was very attentive and very friendly. All three of them made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Rooms are huge for a single person with city views. Uber pickup right out of lobby.
Ate dinner at Market restaurant. A slight improvement required here - while flavor full , one item was very very spicy that i had to stop eating half way through. They comp ed me a dessert. Indian desserts seemed too sweet. The rooftop bar could do better on the complimentary snacks.
Overall a fantastic stay.
I am vegetarian. All the food we ate were very tasty. The arrangements are very good. The services are excellent, especially the ones who served us viz, Shibhanghi and Amar were very courteous.

Hosted a roundtable here in the new junior ballroom. The staff has been extremely helpful and supportive with everything, amazing work and super efficient with the entire experience.

The airport pickup was smooth, easy and hassle free. My driver, Yeshav (I sincerely apologize for misspelling your name) was so gracious, friendly, informative and professional.
The hotel is centrally located and made it easy and convenient to get around the city. It. Everything, from the grounds, to the restaurants to the rooms were clean, very comfortable, spacious and well kept.
Check in was effortless and the greeters at the hotel entrance to the check in staff, were so warm and welcoming. I wanted to give a special shout out to the hosts/hostesses and wait staff at The Market. Your professionalism, kindness, warmth, genuineness and service was outstanding and made my day everyday. Would like to give a shout out to a young female waitress (whose name I am not able to spell) who made my mornings there extra special with an easy smile, cheerfulness and great conversation
I also had the opportunity to spend some time in the Club Lounge - had great food, city views and offered a clam and laidback space to just chill. Tanu, a hostess there was another shining example of excellent service, kindness and professionalism.
Last but not least, a big thank you to all the greeters at the doors and the staff that helped with transportation.
