Home away from home
Pros:

I have been to Ritz Bangalore dozens of times. Always felt that folks who work there genuinely care about their guests. This time around, I was under the weather for a day or two, the concern and support the staff showed was amazing, from Directors of Rooms Ms Mamta Yadav, to Chef Deepak, concierges, Muskaan, Jeevan and others, to wait staff at restaurants, Kiki at Ganache, can’t thank them enough for making my stay memorable. It is definitely my home away from home.

Look no further than this hotel
Pros:

Absolute luxury and decadence. Staff were kind and courteous, always willing to assist. Breakfast was widely varied and service impeccable. Easy to walk around the neighborhood, plus there is a laundry service and pharmacy right next to the hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Pros:

ein erstklassisches Hotel, alles hat gestimmt, wunderschönes Entree, Ausstattung, Service, Zimmer, Essen. Wir waren hier über Silvester, es wurde ein sehr schöner Party auf dem Rooftop Bang organisiert. Unser Gepäck war nicht mitgekommen, da wir von der Airline keine Info bekamen, hat der Staff sich um alles gekümmert und sogar das Gepäck am nächsten Tag für uns abgeholt mit der Begründung, wir Gäste sollen einfach ein entspannten Aufenthalt haben! Das war wirklich ein Top Service!

Der Pool ansich war sehr schön. Der hintere Teil aber nicht sehr gepflegt, dies würde ich in einem solchen Hotel allerdingsschon erwarten. .

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The room was really good, I was their for just 2 days but those days I feel like personalised. Mr. Jaskaran was really helpful, he briefed me about the restaurants etc.

I visited the Ganache coffee shop for a quick pick me up drink, I was really under the weather.
I met Sushmitha Castelino, who had the biggest and most welcoming smile I’d seen in a while.
She was kind enough to prepare a Honey Ginger Water drink thing for me and didn’t even let me pay.
She was so sweet and it was such a nice gesture, I had to grab a picture and leave my honest review.

Loved our stay. Will repeat.
Pros:

One of the better club lounges among star hotels. Good food and liquor menu.
We had to check out a bit earlier than planned, they packed good warm food for the travel too.

Cons:

Some small niggles with the room which got sorted out immediately.
