The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore remains one of the city's landmark addresses, and for good reason. From the moment you arrive, the warmth and attentiveness of the team sets the tone — the staff here are genuinely hospitable, not just professionally so, and that personal touch makes a real difference.
The food was a highlight. Whether at the all-day dining or beyond, the kitchen delivers with consistency and care — flavourful, well-presented and clearly prepared with some pride. Service throughout meals was equally attentive without ever feeling intrusive.
The property is showing a little age in places and would benefit from some thoughtful renovation to bring it fully in line with the Ritz-Carlton standard one expects globally. One hopes that investment is on the horizon. On that note — and this is very much a side note — some fairly disruptive construction work was underway during our visit, with drilling and pressure hammering audible even during meal service in the restaurant. Understandable perhaps, given that renovations are clearly needed, but timing this work outside of dining hours would be a small but meaningful courtesy to guests.
All in all, a stay that reminded us why the Ritz-Carlton name still carries weight — a great team, good food, and a property with real character. We look forward to returning once the facelift is complete.
They have engaged kids and had good time with them
As always , it’s so good to be back to Ritz Carlton Bangalore. Although a lot of new faces this time , but was so good to see Ms Pooja Jain , Mr Dheerendra & Ms Mahip. They all make me feel that I am home. Missed meeting Ms Shayoni as it was her day off.

This is easily one of the most hospitable hotels you’ll come across. Every single member of the staff carries a genuine smile, is incredibly courteous, and always ready to help — and that consistency is what truly stands out.
The breakfast is something you simply shouldn’t miss. It’s an excellent spread, and even if something isn’t available, the team goes out of their way to make it for you.
A special mention to Chef Shreyas, who ensured my child was served eggless pancakes despite them not being on the menu. Chef Akhil also deserves a shoutout for personally taking care of us with fresh fruits. Our servers, Jim John and Manoj, were attentive and warm throughout.
What really elevates the experience is the attention to detail. A casual mention that my younger one loves hotel key cards — and within minutes, he had a personal card holder. He was even gifted a bag for the stay. These small gestures make all the difference.
Special thanks to Ms. Mamta Yadav (Room Manager), Mr. Sandeep, and Mr. Rajnish from housekeeping for ensuring everything was seamless.
It’s the little things done right that make this feel truly like a home away from home.

From the moment I arrived at the Ritz-Carlton Bangalore to the moment I checked out, every single interaction was marked by warmth, attentiveness, and a level of care that you simply cannot manufacture — it has to come from the heart.
The hotel itself is stunning, but it's the people who truly set it apart. I have to single out Pooja, Guest Services Manager, for going so far above and beyond that I'm still smiling thinking about it. On the last night of my stay, I was heading out in a new saree and, as any woman knows, styling one perfectly is no small feat. Without hesitation, Pooja appeared with safety pins at the ready and helped me get everything just right — she even adorned me with a bindi, adding the perfect finishing touch. I felt genuinely looked after.
What made it even more special: later that evening, she presented me with a framed photograph she had taken of me before I left. A framed photograph. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare anywhere in the world, let alone something you'd expect to find waiting for you when you return from a night out.
The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore doesn't just deliver luxury — it delivers moments. I will absolutely be back, and I hope Pooja is still there to welcome me.

My stay has been great. Ayan took such great care of me. He checks in with me frequently on what I need and proactively makes my stay more comfortable from putting out a mouse pad for me when he noticed I was working on my computer to making a lovely towel design. The guests at the Ritz are so lucky to have such great service from Ayan and his team.

We recently stayed at The Ritz Carlton, Bangalore for a Valentine’s trip and had an impeccable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with everything you would need at your fingertips.
We appreciated the hotel, location, and its facilities but what truly made our stay memorable was the team. and in particular, Miss Pooja from the management team.
In many years of traveling and staying at luxury properties such as Four Seasons and Rosewood, we have rarely encountered someone who made us feel as genuinely welcomed and cared for as she did. Every interaction felt warm, authentic, and effortless. She was attentive without being intrusive and helped with everything from local recommendations to thoughtful touches that made our stay feel like home.
After arriving from a long travel day, her hospitality immediately made us feel taken care of, comfortable, and like family, which in our view is the true essence of luxury service.
Although our stay was relatively brief, it was among the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We left feeling genuinely looked after and incredibly happy with our stay.

I want to commend the whole team at the Bangalore Ritz for making our stay an outstanding experience. From the gateman to the restaurant staff, everyone was welcoming and warm. At times, after a long day at work, I felt like I was returning home to family, with the friendly faces of Sarabhjit and Jeevan asking me about my day, offering me a cold drink as I walked in from the outdoor heat and sometimes even walking me to my room.
The food quality was amazing in every one of the restaurants we visited (Zarqash, the Market, the Club Lounge), with a special shoutout for the decadent chocolate desserts. Sarvajith, the restaurant manager personally oversaw that our family celebration at the Market went off without a hitch. And there was Kapil Bhuvnesh who made note of my small preferences at breakfast and would remember them for the subsequent days.
I stayed in two rooms during my visit and each one was spacious and impeccably furnished. There were unexpected thoughful litte touches like when Sinan from housekeeping noticed I was using a magazine under my mouse, and then left me a mousepad the next day. And the day after that, noticing that I was piling cushions onto a chair to raise its height to an appropriate level, brought an office chair so that I could work comfortably in my room.
When there were some inevitable hiccups, this well trained staff was graceful in their recovery - even those small incidents were a study in the professionalism and high standards each staff member holds themselves to. I’d like to especially call out Shahzeb for his efforts and thoughtfulness in making my parents special occasion a celebration to remember.
Lastly, I’d like to call out the senior management - Sarvajith, Joydeep Acharya and Achint, who took a personal interest in our guest experience, and whose examples are no doubt emulated by their respective staffs.
As we left the Ritz after what my parents called a “dream vacation”, Sarabhjit personally came to hug us goodbye. How many big hotel chains are there with that sort of warmth? Thank you for a superlative stay and I hope to be back very soon.
One of my favorite hotels and our go-to hotel here in Bangalore. The service is wonderful and the people are outstanding. Room services personnel such as Ayan make this a memorable and great experience while here in India. This is probably our 5th stay here at the Ritz Carlton and most certainly will not be our last.
Hotel staff behave rudely. Wash rooms are unsafe to use and wash room doors are forcibly opened when in use. Women guest must be watchful
I had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible hospitality provided by Pooja Kishankumar.
I needed help draping my saree, and Pooja stepped in with such grace and expertise. Not only did she make sure I looked perfect, but she also went above and beyond by helping my colleague fix her saree as well. She was patient, kind, and even took several photos of me and my colleagues so we could capture the memory. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and attentive to detail. Pooja is a true asset to the Ritz-Carlton team—thank you for making our stay so special!

Service & Staff: What truly sets this property apart is the people. Every single staff member I encountered was genuinely warm and always had a smile on their face. The check-in process was superb - fast, professional, and welcoming - and the check-out was handled with equal efficiency and care.
Culinary Experience: The breakfast at the Ritz is easily one of the best I've had. The spread is massive, but it’s the service that shines. I was incredibly impressed that by Day 2, the staff already remembered my preferences from the previous morning. They were proactive in recommending specific delicacies from the live counters, and the coffee was excellent - exactly what I needed to start my day.
The Room: Rooms are wonderfully spacious and designed for comfort. I particularly appreciated the small details, like providing a more than sufficient supply of water bottles without having to ask. The bathroom was equally impressive - luxurious, well-appointed, and the perfect place to unwind.
If you are looking for a stay in Bangalore where you are treated with genuine "Gold Standard" hospitality, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
