Pros:

服務人員每一位都很有禮貌，回應方式很溫柔，尤其是年輕服務人員偏多，也一樣都很得體有禮，素質很好以及專業形象令人印象深刻。協助解決問題時，也很迅速。對於服務給予很高的評價。

Cons:

早餐每天內容都一樣，有點太油膩了，一大早吃這樣油膩的飲食不是很舒服，加上每天菜色都一樣，覺得很難受。隔音有點微妙。房間的灰塵有點多，一直打噴嚏。

飯店工作人員都親切且願意針對客戶訴求提供解決方法。各項硬體設備都非常老舊。所有空間到處都是煙味，除了旅客不舒服，對飯店工作人員的身體健康也造成損害，尤其是大門口的吸菸區。

煙味，到處都是煙味。
飯店在大門口貼了請勿吸菸的標示，也在標示旁邊擺放菸灰缸及座位，大批台籍日籍人士就在飯店大門口大抽特抽，每次玻璃門一開所有煙味通通衝進大廳。因為室內空調管線相通，且其他的房客也在房間中抽菸，於是房間內的煙味也是濃到令人不適。

地點離車站近 鬧中取靜。

Cons:

蓮蓬頭水量小 洗澡時要沖澡時卡楯硬是往下掉 水又往浴缸流... 跟本是無法放鬆洗！

早餐還好 基本的菜色該有的還是有...

空間不錯，服務員很友好，
Pros:

附早餐，有車位，旁邊就是車站跟大魯閣，對面全家左邊7-11，很方便

Cons:

浴室地板很滑，冷氣太冷無法控制溫度，陽台雜草長到房間門縫了

台中好C/P值老飯店
Pros:

離車站不遠，從規格來看，40年前絕對是高規格的飯店，可惜時光飛逝，飯店也停留在當年，如今明顯感受到歷史痕跡，顯得老舊。

選擇高級房，室內空間寬敞，但有些開關標示不明（例如冰箱），還好經常利用飯店，小問題難不倒我。

早餐普通，但比起早餐只有稀飯吐司果醬的旅館，這裡的早餐算是很有誠意。

工作人員算熱忱。

Cons:

光源都是黃光的間接光源，房內整體昏暗，不適合閱讀或看手機（眼睛很累）。

房內冷氣不太涼，可惜也沒配置風扇，必須等身體習慣室內溫度才會覺得舒適。

3點入住時還沒有菸味，到了5點過後中央空調散出淡淡菸味，對於不吸菸者可能會覺得不適。我還特地去超商買了芳香劑掩耳盜鈴。
