店家的感應式信用卡機設置方式在櫃台內側，違反金管會99年9月2日金管銀票字第09900307860號函示，要求收單機構"應將感應式交易之感應器裝置於結帳櫃檯前方，持卡人目視可及處，並將感應器正面面向持卡人"的規定，而且店家人員會以櫃檯內是營業場所禁止進入為理由，要求客人「交出信用卡或將手機解鎖」由店家人員代為操作感應刷卡，也違反主管機關函示規定，"感應式交易需於持卡人親至結帳櫃檯結帳時始得啟動，且必須由持卡人自行持卡完成感應交易，特約商店員工不得代為操作，更不得在卡片離開持卡人之狀況下代為操作"等規範。來這裡消費的客人，如果曾有配合店家人員話術交出信用卡或解鎖手機(如apple pay)感應付款的，都暴露在授權碼被側錄的風險之下。
