While the night staff was friendly and professional, the overall stay was a major disappointment due to the gap between expectations and reality. First of all, the room assigned upon check-in was not the specific type I had booked on Booking.com. Secondly, the facilities (including the TV, washbasin, elevator, and wardrobe) are outdated and poorly maintained.
The most concerning issues were the hygiene and atmosphere: the room felt damp, smelled of stale cigarettes, and the balcony was left uncleaned. The current state of the hotel does not match the high ratings or the photos shown online. I would advise potential guests to manage their expectations.
