Hotel com excelente localização em Cabo Frio
Pros:

Localização próximo da praia - 100 metros, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. O café é muito bom com boas variedades. A garagem é muito boa.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser mais confortável, não funciona o cofre, as cortinas precisam uma revisão. Falta luz próximo do espelho, o sistema de abertura das portas é muito antigo. No banheiro a ducha é de plástico e falta secador de cabelo.

Localização excelente, colaboradores extremamente solícitos e atenciosos, principalmente da recepção.

Cons:

Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim com o chuveiro. Ele precisou ser consertado assim que chegamos, pois estava com um problema de queima. Embora a equipe tenha atendido prontamente, o chuveiro começou a soltar um cheiro desagradável de queimado após o uso e não conseguiu esquentar novamente. Para piorar, as saídas de água estavam obstruídas, o que fez com que a água saísse de forma irregular. Colchão ruim e pouca opção no café da manhã.

It was a good stay. I felt welcome and taken care of. Close to a beach.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the beach, the location is central, with lots of restaurants next door. The stuff is very helpful, they gave me a hand with the heavy luggage when I was checking in. Breakfast is served on a top floor, it is nice up there.
