Pros:

Marriot at Rajajinagar didn't meet my expectations
I couldn't get the ambience there
It was a normal room and I think a room meant for single stay was given for couples.

Pros:

Well maintained,hygenic and clean

Cons:

Lacking some inhouse facilities within the room.For eg,mini refrigerator,complimentary soft drinks or somethings which would have been handy.Just felt like rest other normal hotel worth pating 2.5 to 3k.Not worth the money

The worst from all my stays
Pros:

Only location and cleanliness was good

Cons:

I had high hopes bout Marriott. But it was the worst
U had just one staff for house keeping
Reception people r in charge of keeping our luggage
Less option on food also

in our room, in washroom there was not handshower, hence it was very difficult to take bath, nothing was their like bodyloation, we has asked all things then they have provieded one by one, in room at least carpet whould be their.

I would like booking.com to check and attend to this mater.

Breakfast & location were good.

Cons:

I booked a Queen Room with a City View via booking.com And when I checked in, I was told that I can only get a Queen Room without a City View under my package. They said that rooms with City View were in high demand. When I refused to check in, contrary to the booking which I made, then later the front office agreed to provide me a room with a City View. When it came to bill settlement, I was told that the price offered by booking.com was just a reservation, and they will charge for my room accordingly to the hotel rates at that period. And especially for the 4th night, the hotel raised a higher room rate, saying it was due to the high demand for the property that day. When I booked the hotel, I was informed that the swimming pool will be closed for renovation till 30 June 2026. But during my whole stay, swimming pool was closed. Moreover, on the second day, my bathroom was out of water for hours.
