We stayed here with family for the longest period i have stayed in any hotel a total of 18 days.
The initial stay started out pretty bad. The initial in room dining we ordered came out really bad the cutlery was unclean, the serving system was not organised well. I raised a complaint with the hotel staff and also to Marriott, believe Marriott reached out to the hotel leadership. Subsequently the hotel staff took efforts to make things better and the turnaround was pretty good.
We had to shift room in between as there was some work ongoing and the new room was not as good as the previous (this hotel has some really good rooms and some not so good). Also I believe we had created an impression in our previous room which was not established in the new room 😉 so the service faltered but got back to the good service once again after we raised it up.
Overall the hotel staff are good and if you do not like something raise it up and it will get fixed.
Conveniently located close to the city railway station with reasonably sized rooms and a functional environment.Food was a bit too spicy for our taste buds

issues: During my stay, I encountered two significant issues. Firstly, the service for in-room dining was excessively slow, and I had to repeatedly request water bottles to my room after five hours. Secondly, during check-out, the receptionist presented me with a bill totaling 6200 rupees, which included “Accommodation charges of 1900 rupees per day.” Since I had already paid for the room, I had to dispute this charge. The receptionist acknowledged the error and corrected the bill, but this process consumed 30 minutes, raising concerns about the honesty and integrity of the hotel.
My wife and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott at Rajajinagar, Bengaluru for three nights from 12-14 Oct 2025. Right from the outset, the staff was extremely co-operative and welcoming. We got all that we requested and the staff, mostly at the restaurant, went the extra mile in making us feel welcome. I would be failing in my duty if I do not mention the hospitality extended by the staff members like Kalin Krishna, Biswajit, Manas, Mohabbat and the smiling young trainee from Manipur, Morianshel (Kim). These people work extremely hard to make the guests' stays comfortable. The silent contribution of people like them, and numerous others, in taking the Indian hospitality industry to where it is now should not be overlooked.

The property is certainly not up to the Marriott standards and has basic amenities. Nothing exciting about it.
Very worst service , they gave a bed for my toddler ,I told them its shaky ,still they checked and said it's good. It broke and hurt my baby ,they just asked sorry. Manager mr Manish does not care ,just asks sorry that's all from him . Don't book this place
This hotel is located at a convenient location. It is closer to KSR Majestic railway station and Lulu Mall is also nearby. We checked in late in the night but it was a smooth and quick process as I had already checked in on Marriott app. The rooms size was decent but the mattress was too soft to sleep. The breakfast buffet spread was nice and the restaurant staff were courteous and helpful.
It was a horrible experience for my family. Check in was a nightmare , the room was extremely small and damp , the room service took an hour …. If this is the service provided to a Gold Elite members family, good luck to the others.This is the last time I will ever choose this property.
I travelled with my senior mother and stayed for one night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, they even allowed charging my mother's cell phone as we left the charges at home by mistake.
But the room was not anything you expect from Marriott brand.
Right at the entry there was a cracked mirror(which is a bad . The door was chipped and looked quite ugly. The bathroom leaked water all over the floor when you take a shower and was also not cleaned properly.
The restaurant food was okay but the service was very slow.
A Truly Pleasant Stay at Fairfield-Marriott
My recent stay at the Fairfield-Marriott was an absolute delight, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel genuinely valued throughout my stay.
The facilities at the hotel are excellent and cater to every need. I particularly appreciated having a well-equipped gym right on the premises – it was incredibly handy for maintaining my fitness routine. The in-room service options were fantastic, offering a great variety of dishes. I tried several items from the in-room dining menu, and without exception, each dish was delicious and prepared to perfection.
However, the real highlight for me was the breakfast. The spread was truly awesome, boasting an impressive array of options to suit all tastes. From local delicacies to international favorites, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to each day.
Overall, the Fairfield-Marriott exceeded my expectations. The combination of wonderful hospitality, excellent facilities, delicious food, and convenient amenities made for a truly pleasant and memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Bengaluru.
My experience with Fairfield by Marriott during business tours are always good and pso was at Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. Very specious room with adequate amenities made my stay very comfortable. Location is very convenient to access the city. The courtesy of each employee are very warm.
I had a lovely experience staying at Fairfield Rajajinagar! It's a nice Chique hotel in the heart of Bengaluru. The rooms are clean and spacious + the food (both breakfast/dinner offers excellent variety and taste). I'd also like to mention Ms Tiyasha from the Front Desk. She's quick, efficient & great at her work. She made sure my check-in was seamless, and the stay, too, was comfortable. Kudos to her for making the experience better by leaps & bounds.
Hopeless in-room service. It’s late, bad taste and worse is rude staff — particularly bad behaviour of Me Prem from in-room service. I’m surprised how Marriot can recruit such poorly mannered employees.
Rooms and bathroom are worn out. The flush is not working properly. The tissue holder is broken. Seems no one to take care of house keeping.
Find better stays at the price they charge.

Kava restaurant staffs and mangers are also very nice, always show their hospitality and treat me as their friend; even customize the food for me as I don’t really used to spicy food.
the rooms were musky smelly air conditioned but smell of mold not very good the only thing that was grt was kava restaurant and the food there was good on day 1 on day 2 buffet was cold we had to remind them the staff at kava was excellent!!!!!!!
