Pros:

The location and indoor pool.

Cons:

We did not receive housekeeping services during our stay. The facility states that housekeeping is provided every other day. We were scheduled to receive housekeeping on our second day. We we're out all day from 830 AM until 530 PM. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. We had all of our used towels still in the bathroom and beds unmade. The front desk said they weren't sure what happened but offered to bring us new towels and took the soiled ones. I had to empty both trash cans. We also had to request additional toilet paper. On our last day, the hand soap was completely empty

Couldn’t have been a better place to stay!
Pros:

Room - Clean, pool - Fabulous, breakfast - Superb!, Staff - the best!

Pros:

Clean. Well appointed. All day coffee a nice perk. Good location, surrounded by shopping and restaurants.
Bed, comfortable, good shower pressure.

Cons:

Noisy room. Not sure if it was the heating system/ forced air or something outside. Would like a magnifying mirror attached to wall near sink.

Will stay again.
Pros:

Quiet, clean, friendly gentlemen at the desk.
It was very close to Erlanger East which was our early morning destination the next morning.

Cons:

Difficult to locate the entrance due to road construction.
