Clean with decent breakfast and beds
Pros:

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was next to the elevator. It squeaked every time some was getting on the elevator. Sounded like someone was opening a squeaky door all throughout late night and early morning. Spouse said he got no sleep at from hearing the noise.

FANTASTIC!!!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean and staff was very nice, helpful and fast when attending needs. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect.

Cons:

Everything was great. There were no dislikes. Or maybe the length stays. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pros:

I have stayed at this location several times, as it is near my family. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

I stay here regularly when visiting family and always feel safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Apparently the hotel's computer system was down and there was a lot of people waiting to check in. The 2 women at the desk were so friendly and accommodating to everyone. They did an outstanding job of welcoming everyone and getting us to our rooms as quickly as possible.

No problems here!
Pros:

Hotel was in a very convenient location.
The room was clean and crisp and very quiet.
Parking lot was well lit.
Breakfast was OK. Somewhat meager on selections (No hash browns or home fries) but food was good.

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I travel frequently for business, and this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out.

A special thank you to the manager for leading such an outstanding team and maintaining such high standards. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chattanooga, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!

Overall, nice, clean hotel in a great location. However, the service was lacking somewhat.
Pros:

Great area with close shops and restaurants. Great continental breakfast.

Cons:

Asked for pillows for the pull out sleeper and was told there weren’t any pillows. Asked for toilet paper for 3 people staying 3 nights and got one roll. Asked for more towels the second day and got only 1 more!
