Pros:

Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer, eher eine Suite, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, anständiges Frühstück und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Bis jetzt unser bester Aufenthalt in Chiang Mai.

Pros:

The hotel has different vibes from what I was expecting. It's super quiet and amazing, the rooms are very big and have all the necessary facilities, the staff are very helpful and has an excellent customer experience I've ever had. special thanks to " Moni " and all her colleagues who helped us and were always ready to attend us for any help. planning to come back to Chiang Mai and definitely i will stay in the same hotel again

Spacious, clean, and all the staff are so helpful and caring.
My wife enjoyed a bath each night.
The breakfast is great.
There is a convenience store across the street.
There is plenty of parking for scooters and cars.
Lovely place and people.

Excellent choice for very welcoming hotel
Pros:

Location was pretty good, not very far from the old town, the staff were very helpful and eager to help, breakfast was pretty good with fresh food, hotel workers are very welcoming and friendly, hotel offers laundry services as well

Cons:

breakfast was a bit too modest with not a lot of choice and limited selection, no buffet but you only get a personal plate with your order

One of the best stays I’ve had
Pros:

Exceptionally clean! I’ve never seen a hotel room that was that impeccable before. The maintenance staff are superb. The front office staff and resto staff are exceptionally friendly, kind and professional. To the point that the bows felt like a bit too much, Im not royalty you know but it felt that way sometimes.

The room is MASSIVE. It felt like way too much space for me. But then I grew to love it, the natural light, the views, the soundproofing, the complimentary water, the fresh towels every single day. I took full advantage and had my sheets changed every other day. They are high quality cotton and felt very nice to the touch. Same with the pillows.

Everything was high quality from beginning to end.

This hotel is very well managed and maintained. The staff are on point and it felt like some of the 5 star stays I’ve enjoyed while travelling in SE Asia.

I cooked every day while I was there. It well enough stoked with new pans and pots. The fridge is spotless, the cooktop was great too.

There are vendors right around the corner with some goodies if one was adventurous enough to try. I WISH I had more time.

Unfortunately, I had to cut my time short but they were so gracious about it and were on top of adjusting my bill despite the policy from the booking.com app
