It’s exactly in the city center. Also the breakfast was nice.
We booked one of the cheapest rooms that it’s situated in a place like a basement. There’s no window and during the night it was very hot inside the room. Also it’s not sound proof. We could hear everybody coming back from their night out in the corridor. The final straw came when a couple arrived at around 3 am and they had an argument and we could hear everything from the next room.

Wir waren als Familie dort und hatten bereits bei der Buchung um zwei nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer gebeten. Stattdessen bekamen wir zwei Zimmer, die maximal weit voneinander entfernt waren.
An einem Zimmer verlief laut Personal die Poolfilteranlage, die sehr laut war. Als Lösung wurde uns ein kleineres Zimmer zum gleichen Preis angeboten.
Insgesamt empfanden wir das Personal als sehr unhöflich und wenig hilfsbereit.
