Pros:

Was very close to Disneyland (around a 20 minute walk). Breakfast was a hit with my husband and my children. Staff were very accommodating.

The room was so dirty black hairs on the floor mosquitos everywhere I had to switch rooms me and my kids got bitten my bugs the best was so uncomfortable blankets bedding everything the blankets felt like sand paper I had to go buy Clorox and Lysol and clean it my self to be able to stay there

Booked a king suite, on arrival they checked me into a double queen suite then argued with me about the queen suite was an upgrade. A couple hours later they put me in a an ada king suite. Charged my CC $150 for incidental (not returned yet) and another $140 without explanation. Still waiting for the charges to clear from my CC
