Tv n på rummet funkade ej, vi sa till om det direkt. De kom och kollade men gjorde inget åt det. Kunde kanske fått ett annat rum, då det ej var fullbokat, men de sa att vi fick hålla till godo med det vi hade fått.

Supertrevlig personal i receptionen när vi checkade in sent på kvällen 15/7. Underbart sköna sängar, täcken, kuddar, lakan och badlakan. God frukost! Lösningsfokuserad personal och väldigt lugn och behaglig vistelse. Bonus med biljardbord.

Cons:

Dyr parkering (160:- dygn). Oväsen från ”lekytor” från nedre plan, (typ shuffleboard) under frukosten, dessa borde öppnas först efter frukost.

Cons:

Hänvisningsskylt och markering var man kan stå parkerad medan man checkar in. Kostade 800 kr, men tack vare bra jobb från Best Western makulerades den. Stort tack.

Wonderful experience with very nice staff.
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located for us, breakfast was very good with a variety of choices, staff very helpful and nice, parking is convenient (we installed the app upon recommendation of staff who helped to select the cheapest option). It is obviously a business type of hotel, however with nice atmosphere around the bar and easily accessible.

Cons:

The only thing we were missing was a closed parking belonging to the hotel as we would have liked to load the car with personal belongings the night before we left, which we did not dare to do in the adjacent parking that is not staffed or closed/for restrictive access only for example.
