Pros:

Cobram por tudo, cobraram 1.000 rublos (60,00) por hospede de taxa de cadastro (sem aviso prévio)... Atrasamos 1 hora o check-out cobrara mais 1.000 rublos.

Heartful&Warmful Staffs
Pros:

I want to thank staffs for warmful welcome and heartful treatment. Although I can't speak Russian, they tried to understand me and smiled me a lot. It made me relaxing in foreign country. And I liked the breakfast they made for me. It tasted like mother's cook. I really want to stay there again when I come back to St. Petersburg.
