best hotel in Neiva
Pros:

Friendly staff. Free parking. Rooms are a bit small yet cozy and equipped with all you may need, including a well stocked mini bar. Quiet. Shopping mall attached. Not cheap, yet worth the money, except for Mondays (see negatives)

Cons:

No 10 points because of one super annoying issue: I booked this hotel on purpose because of the pool. I had 1/2 day of. I wanted to spend this time at the pool. Yet it was closed for cleaning and it is closed every Monday! This was neither mentioned at booking.com nor in the messages the hotel did send before arrival. This unfortunately is typical Colombian and would be considered fraud in all other parts of the world. Sorry folks, but what would you say, if I did pay only 70% of the room rate, because it's Monday? Save any scrap apologies and simply change your advertising. Honesty is a high value to most people on this planet!

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe
Pros:

Modernes, sauberes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Guter, freundlicher Service. Neben großem Einkaufszentrum und in fußläufiger Nähe zum Flughafen. Unser Flieger ging sehr früh und wir haben vor 6 Uhr ein Frühstück bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es impecable y el personal (no todo) es amable.

Cons:

Estuve 4 días de los cuales 2 días estuvimos sin aire acondicionado, eso ya me había pasado en una estancia anterior, lo que quiere decir que es frecuente, no sienten la más mínima preocupación que los huéspedes suden toda la noche en una ciudad ta calurosa y sin aire es imposible descansar! El restaurante tampoco tiene aire, toda la comida del desayuno es fría, hay que pedir huevos al gusto que son súper demorados porque los huevos que ya están hechos son fríos, igual que las arepas y el resto de comida. Los ascensores sin ventilación, la habitación que me dieron inicialmente tenía un olor a pintura que era imposible dormir me cambiaron y me dieron una habitación compartida entonces se oía todo lo que hablaban al lado. No es bueno relación calidad -

Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant, la chambre était moderne, confortable et propre. Le déjeuner était très bien. L'hôtel est près de l'aéroport mais loin du centre-ville, cependant situé juste à côté d'un centre d'achat et de plusieurs restaurants.

Cons:

Le bruit de l'eau dans les gouttières par temps de pluie est plutôt fort et incommodant surtout la nuit.

Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Direkt neben einem riesigen Shopping Center. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal (wir hatten auf dem Parkplatz eine Reifenpanne und alle Angestellten inkl. Chef bemühten sich um uns)
