Top-Hotel in Neiva mit genialer Lage und tollem Service - ansprechender Pool-Bereich und Restaurant
Pros:

Vermutlich das beste Hotel in Neiva. Moderner und luxuriöser Bau, hübsche und voll ausgestattete Zimmer - unseres war jedoch etwas klein. Uns gefiel die Lage sehr gut: direkt bei einem grossen Einkaufszentrum, viele Restaurants und Bars vor der Türe, nahe beim Flughafen und per Auto oder Taxi kommt man auch schnell ins Stadtzentrum - wenn man will.
Äusserst bequeme Betten und Kissen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Rezeption war äusserst zuvorkommend und hilfreich und bat uns einen super early Checkin an, Danke. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

An einem Tag waren wir am Pool. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Nach kurzer Zeit übernahmen jedoch mehrere Familien mit Klein- und Kleinst-Kindern mit Windeln den Erwachsenen-Pool - nebenan hätte es eigentlich einen Kinder-Pool gehabt. Die grösseren Kinder machten was Kinder halt so machen wenn ihnen Erwachsene keine Grenzen setzen oder sie gar dazu animieren: rumrennen, schreien, reinspringen, Bälle kicken, Wasserschlachten usw.
Wir haben am Abend dort gegessen. Für mein Risotto fehlte offenbar der Fisch. Dieser wurde kurzerhand durch Fleisch ersetzt.
