Don’t miss this hotel when booking in SPB
Pros:

It was an amazing stay in this hotel. They started writing to me before my trip to see if I needed transportation or anything else. Upon arrival they surprised me with an upgrade from the smallest single room I booked to the biggest presidential suite without any payment.
The restaurant offers delicious food.
Breakfast is at its best.
I’m very satisfied with the service at this hotel.
Highly recommended

Pros:

La habitación resultó cómoda y agradable. La ropa de la cama, las toallas, la posibilidad de hacerte un café en la habitación, los botellines de agua en la habitación, el desayuno, en general todo estuvo muy bien El personal que trabaja en el hotel era correcto y amable, en especial, una de las chicas que trabaja en recepción y que hablaba español. Lo peor eran los mosquitos de la habitación que se colaban por la tarde/noche y el que sea un tercer piso sin ascensor.

Well-located small hotel with good restaurant
Pros:

Very good-looking, classically styled hotel with lot of paintings and decorations. We has the executive suite, which is very good for three adults and a baby. The staff was helpful and the restaurant performed well. Although the hotel is not in the center, the area has a lot of restaurants, shops and other places to visit.

Piccola struttura, molto tranquilla con personale disponibile e cordiale.
Buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze.
La metro dista circa 700 metri.

Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff, though lacked English language skills, but tried. Breakfast choice ++++, we even had French Champagne for breakfast :-). Room spacious, clean. Very reasonably prices, would stay there again

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Der Preis ist vernünftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar klein, hat aber alles wesentliche.

天窓つき 朝食最高 アクセスよし
Pros:

最寄りの地下鉄駅から徒歩十分程度。道すがら、スーパーやドラッグストアがありとても便利です。
部屋は優美な調度品に天窓付きで、ヨーロッパに来たことをしみじみ実感できました。また収納が多いので、長期滞在にぴったりです。

朝食は隔日でメニューが変わります。客室数のわりには品数が豊富で、特に毎朝焼きたてのクロワッサンがおすすめ。朝からシャンパンが楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントでした。

従業員さんも親切で、あれこれ丁寧に応対してくださいました。いつか再訪したいホテルです。

Pros:

Un charmant petit hôtel (10 chambres) dans un beau quartier de St-Petersbourg.
Parfaitement rénové, beau hall, escalier en marbre, stuc, en retrait de la rue il est calme.
L'accueil est personnalisé et le personnel est très agréable.
Pour être descendu dans des grands hôtels de la ville, je peux confirmer que le rapport qualité prix est très favorable.
Bien situé, dans un quartier animé mais à l'architecture magnifique, il est proche du centre touristique et à 7 mn à pied de 2 stations de métro de la ligne centrale.
Je vais arrêter d'en dire du bien afin de trouver encore une chambre libre lors de mon prochain séjour....

Hotel con buen persona y lindo estilo
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con personal amable y capacitado, se encuentra cerca de las zonas turísticas de San Petersburgo. Cuenta con un estilo arquitectónico y de interiorismo de interés. El único inconveniente es que no cuenta con elevador.

Очень приветливые сотрудники.
В отеле тихо, чисто.
9 номер в котором я жил под самой крышей. Наклонный потолок, и окна в нем, очень интересно смотрятся.
Ванная находится чуть выше чем остальной номер, подъем по небольшой лесенке.
Завтрак шведский стол, вкусный и сытный.

Будьте осторожны ужиная в ресторане отеля.
Сербская кухня очень вкусная, но порции просто гигантские. Не размахивайтесь при заказе. Можете не осилить.

Хороший отель
Pros:

Жила в этом отеле 3 дня. Хороший уютный отель. Действительно (особенно холл и этажи) выглядят под старый аристократический особняк. У меня был номер 7 на третьем этаже и единственный небольшой минус, что в этом здании нет лифта, так как старинное здание и в нем нельзя установить лифт. У меня был номер под крышей. Окна были в потолке. Было очень необычно, но уютно. В номере кофемашина, чай. Отель расположен в хорошем тихом районе. Рядом станция метро Горьковская, много разные магазинчиков. Сам отель стоит немного во дворе, что создает хороший фон -даже при открытых окнах не сильно беспокоит шум с улицы. Очень хорошие завтраки. С хорошим выбором. Можно заказать каши на воде или молоке, яичницу с разными топингами. В самом отеле есть ресторан и в этом же здании ещё ресторан сербской кухни. И очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Внимательный персонал.

Отель нам очень понравился. Отдыхали на новогодних каникулах. Персонал очень вежливый. В отеле чисто и уютно. Завтраки отличные. И огромным новогодним подарком нам был апгрейд на двухкомнатный люкс вместо оплаченного стандартного улучшенного номера
